Does anyone actually still have a crimping iron? Might have to look for one at goodwill - at least that's where mine went eons ago! haha | |

I should double check with the DJ and make sure he has the oldies but goodies for this. That or I do believe we're allowed to have our own DJ as long as they bring their own equipment. | |

The address is located on the first page but it's in the old army base just off 97st and 137ave.
As for cost, we'll be splitting that with whoever attends, so for instance say 45 people show up (42 are signed up at the time of this post)that would work out to be $12.50 per person for 4 hours of Roller Skating, plus the last two hours are a private party with food and alcohol which is BYOB. | |

You know I'll be there, and I'll probably be the one spinning the music for you all that evening. If I decide not to, then I'll be the one dancing on my skates in the middle of the rink. I fully encourage everyone who reads this post to at least come and check out the rink as I garantee you a more fun filled night you shall not have in ages. This is for young and old, fit or getting there. You'll have a great night of music and excercise. Oh just no drinks on the skating arena please. Makes the floor slippery. LOL. So bring your friends, family and everyone else you know. This night is going to ROCK!!!!!!. See you all there. :) | |

My daughter was in the WEM the other day and was saying that she checked out a new store that recently opened up ... its "MaDonnas" store and I guess it is all 80's look ... surprise suprise! LOL - probly pricey, but worth the look. | |

The manager and I are also going to find a club on the Northside to accomodate us after this party, details to be posted later. | |

Just moved here from Ontario....this event sounds like a blast but I have roller skated since the 80's...lol If i decide to attend I might need to strap a pillow to my butt haha unless I have someone to catch me 
Dont know the city that well, but I will take a few more days to think about it...80's omg...mind you i was married for 1/2 of the 80's...maybe i should go and have fun.
