 As for alcohol-free parties, I'm not sure they even exist...lol. Some people bring a few coolers of beer even to camping POF outings. It's perfectly OK if you come to this party and don't want to drink (just buy food instead ~ grin).

To clear up any misunderstandings. Mass mailings are sent to anybody that has signed up to a thread creator's parties, past and present. We have no way to exclude or include specific people. The only control I have is if I turn off the 10-kilometer around the venue zip code feature, but that would mean nobody around the venue would get them. 99.9% of the feedback I get is positive; people thank me for letting them know about a party. If some are irritated or don't want to be bothered there's a filter feature you can set to block 'em. I suggest you use it. I'm not going to stop sending them out on account of one or two immature, self-absorbed, narcissistic little punks that think I'm purposely singling them out for delivery.

As Beachy just said, we APPRECIATE all the hard work that you put into setting up our POF party threads - they always look so spectacular - and so easy to read! Plus, they ALWAYS make me smile - because they are so much fun to read and see all of your wonderful graphics. I THANK YOU PERSONALLY for the mass mailing because it's a reminder that another great POF party is not far off. So, please don't let a couple of rude individuals spoil it for you. Also, Beachy and Curly - you gals are the best decorations team I've seen in a long time... Can't wait to see everybody at Checkers - it will be another POF party to remember! POF is the best free website for dating, networking, forums, etc., that I have come across to date!

I just get a little annoyed with people that think these parties somehow "intrude" on their world, or that I'm somehow specifically targeting them for irritation when I send out party reminders/info. This is a dating site, for crissakes. Lighten up. I do these mailings for a purpose, to generate interest and/or provide important information about the parties, not to irritate people. You don't like to be bothered, set your mail settings to block them or get off the site. | |

Right now, I'm working to many hours and don't have the time! However...I have been picking up things every weekend for the June 23 Summer Bash!!! I'm very excited about that one!

She had had a extra ticket to a upcoming concert- and I wrote her number down on a "bev-nap" and being the blonde I am - can not find it ( i think I've been high-lighting my hair too long........rotfl) (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached) ..................
oh - btw ......any moron who would have the audacity to "slam" you  for all the hard work you do - getting these parties organized - and the great invites -w/the outstanding graphics's - needs to be "kicked to the curb" - you ought to "turn him in" to the powers that be - he's most likely just jealous of you - cause your so cute !
