We all fall under the same trappings, do we message someone or not.. For you ladies that don't/won't message someone, nothing is free, if you want to succeed, you need to go after it yourself rather than sit back and wait for it to find you.. Those that are worth snagging will get snagged by someone else.. Sure, there are gamers on here, both guys and girls, is it worth kissing a few frogs to find your prince? Only then will you appreciate who your with.
Personaly, I favor the ones that message me, tells me they aren't quitters and want to take charge of their future rather than sit back and do nothing. Its easy to sit back and blame your social life on other people, but in the end, who really loses?
I'm not innocent myself, I met 3 people at gatherings so far that I thought were very nice, have I messaged them? nope... Will I? probably not.. so I'll be cheering from within the loser section..

I assume that they are not interested and usually I see them with other women not too long later. Would it have been different if I would have taken that first step. Don't know!

I am getting better at that! It took this bike event to get me to send emails to men. If I seen a guy with a pic of a bike he got an email! Some of them responded....some looked at my profile read my messaged and deleted it.
I think both sides are sitting there afraid of getting the "SORRY" response or "DELETED no response"....
I encourage anyone to send and email to someone they think they would like to meet. You never know one of them just might be the one! Don't get discouraged if you look to see if they read it and it was deleted....
I added a little pun to my profile.... "YOUR BUSTED" now that you have seen my profile email me! LOL I have gotten emails with that!
Heck I even had a guy email me asking if I would be goin to the lancaster event...I went to reply and he blocked me! I'm like wt?! He had his reasons for blocking me before I even read his message...But I won't let it get me down! | |
