When your eyes close tonight
may peace find your soul
May all of your struggles be
washed away
as the darkness draws nigh

May love surround your heart
even if only in dreams
May you have glimpses of
brilliant sunshine

May you wake smiling
as through morning's rays
your mirrror finds
reflections of a dear true friend
loved deeply, honored, & soul true

The silence
took my hand,
and we walked
through time,
back to page one...

and we wept!

Sweet the memories
of journeys soul,

how did we get here!

and the silence spoke!

"The writing is on the wall"
"What do you see?"

Let the shadows speak!

Born in a world with hope and love
bursting values of worth
within the shadows walk'd
reaching for your light shining
uncloaking my head
rising up!!

Hammy...it's so nice to see you back. My prayers are still with you and your loved ones. The road might be long, but you don't have to travel it alone.

love always

Hello Mandrake,
Just saw your fire....mind if I throw a stick or two on it?

Bridge Jumper

With cataract sight
I stumble back across your vision
My braille hands trace your memory
The sinking sun
The muddy rivers embrace
Water droplets
How your belly shivered
like little water spiders without legs
as you broke through
deaths defenses
on the saddest day of your life
With only a blue heron and me
To mark your passing.

Hitting the road
prodigal coming up
mid kid hanging w/ the cool aunt
youngest...oldest
things we'll do
ice skating
laser tag
maybe all day by the pool
plenty of love
to wrap myself in
softly smiling
as
they stand guard
on either side of me
protecting me...
filling my heart w/ tenderness
and thanks

You put me in it with you, HG-incredible...

Reamed rituals
spawning divinity's
transcendant reformation,
vessels, energy capsules
transporting the elite
from pod to pod,
breeding malcontents,
plotting the overthrow,
stopping long enough to smell
the odor of their own demise,
becoming a star,
imploding upon their own
conspiracy.

It takes a lot of wind
to fill the sails,
should you encounter
such a sailsman,
that he can fill your sails full,
you might want to
examine the
gullability factor!

sometimes even the best
bullsh*t................
doesn't grow any roses!

and you're left with
the stink....

and a heart full of
excrement!

Paging albums

Where did time go years flew by
you both got older and so did I
babies no more out in the world
letting go of my two beloved girls
Dia little diamond precious jem
heart of my heart right to the end
Toren born with strength
stubborn as the day is long
miss your I am always right banter
love you that’s all that matters
memories left gifts of what is to be
someday little ones sitting right by me
now I ‘m alone watching the paths you roam
be they near or far from home
pieces of my soul reaching for the sky
capturing freedom learning to fly
I’ll be here loving you till the day I die
paging the albums as the paper sighs

Parallels of moon sitting,
squatters erecting craters
of inverted catacombs,
weaving holes in space,
sipping ozone c*cktails
while sunscreening
along the moons riviera,
all in a dark days work
as they slide back home on
the moon beam express.

I watched the flames
dance in flickers
on her naked flesh,
as if caressing,
teasing her curves,
illuminating her milky
white softness....

she looked up
and caught my eyes
wandering, seeing the flames
in my eyes, and her
naked image looking back
at her...

and she beckoned!

Agree on your piece, Sun...... quite touching from the heart of a mom. Ya know...moms are the ones that you always do expect to love you forever, no matter what.

Hmmmm...demoted to rambles now!

So, I'm a ramblin man,
perhaps my "firehouse"
won't suit many,
but it suits me....

I'm just easier to please
as I begin my descent
into hell....
I'll just take my fire
with me,
in case they are short
on flames,

we can roast chestnuts,
burn a few souls,
find a few spirits
to quench the thirst,
swap a few jokes,
yanno, the darker kind?

Come back to earth
when I'm bored,
and torture the few
left behind!

ok....someone elses turn to ramble now! {just a little TIC humor}

For a split second, I thought it was true
knowing that the presence of another
held near
mattered

crashing into reality
disallowing sadnesss
undermining games
ruling out that shot
that
almost
could have been

breaking through clouds
not hiding behind words
sad that words are
letters strung together
not always meant as deeply
as easily as written

emotion...voices...
often speak louder

or lack of?

games people play
seeing that even as i age
not all are willing to release
trust, care,
peace

Cashmere darkness envelopes
the loons gentle call,
evening shades echo faint
symphonies of slumber,
a calm falls on natures
carpet, and the moon
closes her eyes
to a lullabye.

Close your eyes
darlin' one
I'm not far away
I'll fight tooth & hell
to keep the wolves
at bay
Amazing how the chariot of time
rolls on
Without slow or cease
Close you eyes darlin' one
May you rest in peace

Love it sweety. Sometimes a softness and sadness feel right.

Let the heart cry
to a lonely night,
go soft wings
go and take flight!

fly away, fly away
soaring on high,
O lonely night
let my heart cry!

Oh tears of joy
weeping wings of love
cry celestial wisdom
grieve yet the laughter
mourn the lilt of song
bewail the coming day
sob for one forlorn
