So if you liked having your toes sucked as you say... then the issue is really more about you accepting and being comfortable with your body as it is....There are some things about our bodies we can change and some things we can't... I don't think there is much you can do to make your feet "more dainty" ..... But as others have said, you can get pedicures, take care of them and wear sexy shoes....
I would also suggest talking to him about your "foot insecurity".... since he is obviously VERY open about talking about it as a turn on... Let him know that while you like having your feet included in your sexual./sensual play.... talking about it or making too much of a big deal about it makes you feel uncomfortable.... If he chills out about talking about it (which is a bit creepy if you ask me... and I like feet in general myself) that might put you at ease a bit more....
