| The first really scary movie you watched. Posted: 5/7/2007 7:34:57 AM | I remember as a child watching the Dracula movies on a Friday. I'd spend the entire film clutching onto my dad and hiding into his arm at the scary bits . In my early teens me and a group of mates watched The Exorcist - Mum warned me not to but , as teenagers , we don't listen to our Mums do we? Wish I had at the time - scared the fook out of me | |

| The first really scary movie you watched. Posted: 5/8/2007 3:03:25 PM | got to be jaws 2, that part where the head drops out in the overturned boat, its eye all popping out, had to have been 12 or 13 years old at the time, had to stay up to watch it with my mum, as my dad was on the night shift, left me very wary about going the toilet for a number two, for many yrs i hovered above the toilet seat, and when i went to bed i would switch the light off and leap on to my bed, making sure no part of my body was on/over the edge of the bed | |

| The first really scary movie you watched. Posted: 5/15/2007 2:48:56 PM | The first movie that ever scared me was an old Hammer House of Horror one. I honestly cant remember the name of it, but i can remember some kind of claw thing and it genuinely scared me. I was about 5 at the time.
Having said that I was then brought up on horror films and now think there is no such thing as a truly scary/gory horror film and I have seen loads.
On a slightly different note but still about horror films...when I was about 8 I was allowed to watch "last House on the left" my mam kicked me out after about 30 minutes and told me to go play on my BMX (lol) took me about 20 years to get a copy of the film again...what a load of rubbish, wish I hadn't bothered.
Right sorry about that on with the thread. | |
