| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 9:26:03 AM | certainly was a new experience for me; yup, naked people sitting on barstools, imagine that; I suppose if you turned em upside dowm you could fit four people on there at once, but I digress;
Luckily, the place was PACKED with other bike people; I had plenty of people to talk to that had clothes on, and believe me, all those conversations, I looked em right in the eye, as to not accidentally catch sight of something I didn't want to see.

My only reservation is that it's used as an opportunity to perv - particularly in the US. That dismays me. If you want to perv go to a strip club where people get paid to put up with your leering.

A nudist bar? I'd be worried about sitting down on a seat with someone skid marks... ewwww...
Couldn't you transfer diseases easier that way? Atleast with your cloths on you got a bit of a barrier... I recall reading one of the sites for a resort in the Tampa area....can't remember the name of this place....it's s'posed to be international quality.... But, they had their rules listed. One was: you must carry a towel with you to place on the chair when in the bar or restaurant.
This place is really high test, though. They even screen people before letting them in. And like most...single women are allowed in....but, not single men. Which makes sense...otherwise, the place would be full of horny, naked men and about 3 really slutty women.

| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 11:21:44 AM | EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW hahaha thanks for sharing that disgusting mental picture lmao.
Anything for you badbadgirl
LOL
But for real I guess we would have to bring your little towel or bandana everywhere to sit on it.
kay, make sure you bring me the one with the little pink dinosaurs on it please...
And I would ALWAYS be crossing my legs while sitting lol...and avoid A LOT of poses...
Thats true eh.. .but for a guy you can't avoid not showing your ding dong lol... its flapping about there in the breeze... free like a bird!
I guess you would see a lot of un-sexy poses to lol... some poses are just no no's lol

Sounds like a normal saturday night for me!

LOL... are you sure you didn't take a peek? I mean... I think we all would like to take a little peek, you know... Its like when guys go to the washroom and you go up the urinal and their's another guy tinkling next you... you look over and take a little peek at his ding dong and then give him a wink and a smile...
Or is that just me? LOL | |

Ah yes... just like a swinging basket of eggs...
Oh its prefectly fine. The only problem becomes when your sack sags so low to the ground that it starts dragging... that nots good...
Either are hungry squirrels or chipmunks... those look like big ripe acorns to them *shiver*

See... that could be bad if there is a guy behind you... very bad... lol

| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 11:42:32 AM | I just tried it out.
Running is ok. Jumping rope leaves a lot to be desired.
|
| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 11:50:55 AM | I go to the local nude beach in the summer.
It's really not a matter of "exposing your private parts for free." No one's looking - more than a glance, anyway. I look at other people, too. Bodies are nice and interesting, even the less "attractive" ones by societial/pop culture standards.
Why? I really don't know. I've been doing it for 30 years or so. It just feels comfortable. I oddly feel more "naked" on the regular beach in a skimpy bathing suit.

But for real dawn1114,i understand your comment about no one focusing on your private parts...but still is something I don't feel like exposing.

I'd just like everyone to know... that i've taken my first step to becoming a nudist... i've taken off all my cloths and i'm posting on the forums in the nude!
I am a dare-devil i know...

| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 1:30:33 PM | | There are times when it is completely wonderful to hang out with your SO naked - but all the time I would not enjoy it or welcome it - too much naked would desensitize ya from wanting it during times of intimacy - in my opinion!! | |
|
| Nudists Posted: 5/8/2007 1:50:55 PM | I guess that I was just raised were its not really a big deal to be naked. I find that I really dont care if someone sees me naked big deal I was born that way. I think that everyone has a right to there own opinion. Just because you have seen me naked doesnt mean that anyone know me and i can still be a mystery. Vicky | |

I am not an exhibitionist
|
| Nudists Posted: 5/9/2007 11:59:57 PM | | The issue here isnt the nudism, but your unwillingness to particpate in something you arent confortable with. Basically it comes down to 1 thing, dont do something that you dont like doing. | |

I might be offended by this if I knew what you were trying to say - you don't describe how it is you think men and women approach nudism differently PHK. In context you seem to be saying that either: you are comfortable with your body and implying that men are not, or that you wear clothes when you cook but male nudists do not.
But somehow I don't think that's what you were getting at.
|
| Nudists Posted: 5/10/2007 8:10:12 AM | I don't know if I would be comfortable dating a nudist just because I know at some point my SO or whatever you would want to call her would be out and about at some camp or beach surrounded by naked people... I like to consider myself open to most ways of life but I don't think my mind could wrap itself around this one. I do enjoy being naked outdoors with my SO though just has kind of a taboo thing but not walking around with a bunch of other people naked also. | |
|
| Nudists Posted: 5/27/2007 11:45:25 AM | I think the older you get, the more comfortable you are with social nudity. On the other hand, maybe some of us are just born naked and want to stay that way!
Frankly, I've always been one to want to be barefoot...and in as few clothes as possible, temperature permitting. Less is more! (more comfort, more freedom)
I do my share of 'clothing optional' activities - from my own home and back yard to local naturist gathering spots. Swimming and sunning in the nude...feels great! The only thing that bothers me is the high cost of joining AANR!
As for kids, I never was prudish around mine as they grew up (boys) and now that they're grown, although they aren't nudists, they have healthy attitudes toward nudity and don't have unrealistic expectations of female nudity (that is to say, they don't expect every woman to look like a Playmate of the Month with their clothes off). I did stay appropriately clothed, by and large (nighttime TV time was my time for nothing more than a tee shirt and panties), but if they walked in while I was in the shower or dressing, I didn't hustle them out of the room or reach for a robe to 'cover up'.
Anyway, that's just a few thoughts from someone who's been there, done that and enjoys it!

I know if i was at a nudist bar i'd be completely red all the time and i wouldn't know where to look... i'd be looking at the floor the whole time lol
Most all nudist resorts require you to use a towel when sitting in any common areas, just for that reason.

| Nudists Posted: 5/28/2007 5:21:07 AM | I happened in here because this BadBadGirl has such a beautiful face----with a great Femme Fatale evil look----amazingly stunning beauty she is!! Anyway.........this sort of stuff just cracks me up:
nudism is not for everyone, the problem is that in the united states people have a problem with it, europeans don't................... the best people i have met i have met through nudism............. i had wanted to start a forum but was concerned about what other people would think..............
I see this same thing "the best people are............" either Harley lovers/owners, truck drivers or any other number of things that are completely unrelated to people being good or not as a group. Now we have nudists!! LOL WHY does owning something particular or going nude with other people doing the same make the participants so wonderful? In the case of a motorcycle it's simply being able to afford one, nudity just requires taking ones clothes off! I didn't know those sorts of things were admirable character traits these days.
If people in the USA are so uptight about it so what? If Europeans don't think that much about it so what? If YOU are into it there are places you can do to participate and what the rest of the country does or does not think about it should be irrelevent. Perhaps those who choose NOT to agree nudity is something might think the proponents try to extol it's virtues and what a delightful experience it is or could be. Does everyone in Europe walk around nude? If not, why not? Again--------WHO cares?
If you want to be part of this community please do so. As long as it's handled as a private experience and isn't jammed down others throats we probably don't care what you do. For me sitting around nude with others serves no use or purpose simply because it doesn't interest me. I don't care if anyone else wants to do that and I'm not uptight about it--------I just don't see it being anything helpful to ME is all!!

Dating or having a relationship with a nudist: Would you be open to the idea or is this something you wouldn't considerate/want? Why?
I probably would not date someone who wanted me to go to nude resorts with them. I am not that comfortable being naked around so many people. It's just not for me.
I have dated people before though that ran around naked all the time once in their own home. The only time they ever put clothes on was when they left the house. I actually enjoyed that.
