I wrote to one of the Moderators, and his instructions were to "Sign out from the forums, as well as sign out from the site. After you have finished on the forums, at the top of the page that lists the forums it says "log out" click it, then go back to your "inbox" page and click 'log out again". If you share a computer with another POF'er, you've got to click both or the "forums system will be left in the screen-name of the last person to have used it.

Is anyone leaving Sunny Florida and heading 'Home for the Holidays"....safe travel to you all....where's everyone heading??? My daughter Colleen has gone out to Oregon to spend Christmas with her Dad and his family. The rest of my crew will be here!!
What's everyone doing for New Years??? No one wants to be out driving..yet should we consider a get-together??

Jerry and I won't be able to make it to Chubbyz tonight, We are going to a party -in fort myers for a group that puts on Renaissance Festivals. Anyone interested in joining us is welcome to-it is a 'MEET UP' group, based out of Cape Coral. The Party tonight is at Bahama Breeze-a restaurant on hwy 41, close to Bell Tower Mall. There is a Ren Festival in Ft. Myers on Jan. 12th, that Jerry and I will be volunteering at, that is put on by the Kiwanis Club each year. I'm having alot of fun with the costumes, including ones for my daughter Megan and her boys who will all be going to the festival.
Anyone interested in being involved in Pirate and Ren Festivals let me know. I will be posting a party site for the Gasparilla Pirate Festival, going on in Tampa the last weekend of January. There are a group of POF ladies coming down to Florida, from Canada, who are interested in attending. They'll be staying in Lake Worth and want o meet POF'ers thru-out south Florida.

Posted: 12/21/2007 8:32:37 PM | Here is an update on the draw for the CONCACAF Under 23 Soccer Group Stage Olympic Qualifier at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa on March 11, 13, & 15, 2008.
The teams that are playing in Tampa are the US National Team, Cuba, Honduras, & Panama.
The tentative schedule of games to be played consist of the following;
Tuesday March 11;
5:30 p.m.--Cuba vs. Honduras.
8:00 p.m.--USA vs. Panama.
Thursday March 13;
5:30 p.m.--Cuba vs. Panama.
8:00 p.m.--USA vs. Honduras.
Saturday March 15;
4:30 p.m.--Panama vs. Honduras.
7:00 p.m.--USA vs. Cuba. | |

Posted: 1/4/2008 7:35:58 AM | Update on CONCACAF under 23 soccer tournament in Tampa FL on March 11, 13, & 15, 2008 at Raymond James Stadium.
The final schedule has games reshuffled so that they move forward 1 position (i.e. games to be played on March 15th are now played on march 11th, games on March 11th now played on march 13th, & games on march 13th now played on March 15th.

I'll be volunteering tonight for the "VIP Meet & Greet Reception with Bike Builders and Special Guests" and the "Born To Be Wild Kickoff Party" at Michael's on East working the registration table dressed in leather chaps and vest (not too often you can attend a function at Michael's dressed in such GREAT attire.........grins). Tomorrow I'll be volunteering at the ticket sales window at the Sarasota/Bradenton Convention Center for the "Bikes, Builders, Bands and BBQ" Event. WHEW.............Sunday the plan is to just have fun at the Downtown Festival and Bike Show. All info regarding times and tickets can be found on the website. | |
