People used to tell me I look 18 or 19 and I thought I looked younger back then, but now as I've matured I'm lookin older to myself. I'm still a cute teen at heart though, all that matters to me, lol.

I'm 58 and looking great. It takes work and restraint. I've never been out with anyone older than me, ever. My ex husband was 4 yrs younger and my last relationship, the guy was 6 yrs younger (lasted 9 yrs) so there ya go. My photos are recent. It's all a matter of how you live and take care of yourself first and foremost.

You know as long as you TCB what does it really matter how old you act? I personally want to be Peter Pan and never grow up at times. Responsability makes us old, but it has to happen. Live hard die young and leave a good loking corpse

When I was a lot younger I lived by that philosphy charlie,

Live hard die young and leave a good loking corpse

Problem was, although I lived hard, I didn't die young. So now I got this corpse that ain't so pretty anymore.

I dont look/feel/act my age and since I reached a certain # Im very conscious of the age thing with guys... I recently finished a 2 yr fling with a man 17 yrs my junior!!!
I loved his company and never felt an age difference BUT had many doubts when i wasnt with him (which were well founded) ...I finally waved him good-bye - But WOW! what an experience that was! and I can live on my memories ha!

i am 30. i sometimes act 20ish because i love to have fun and laugh a lot . a lot of people say i looks 20ish:) . However, i dream, work think 30ish or almost 40ish. My age does not take away my childlike ways which i really like to have a balanced and less pressured life .. Recently, i was asked out on a date by a 25yr old guy. It was so fun. Never thought i'd do it but i did.. Im glad i did. Therefore, i think i can date a couple of years younger or older from me as long as we can establish a mutual ground to talk about .. wellroundedness has an advantage you know!!

Well i look 18 (so i'm told practically every day) which tends to be a little annoying as i have 2 children (much to the shock of those who think i'm only 18) and their father is 39! However, generally i would say i tend to act much older than him and when we were together we often argued as i wanted to stay in with a dvd whilst he wanted to go live it up! I've always had an old head on young shoulders. However it did get annoying when people stared or asked if he was my dad! And i guess it must have made him feel pretty uncomfortable too. Though when we were in the house you'd hardly know the difference, i could outwit him on everything and the only time we noticed the gap is when he talked about things from his generation such as bands, clubs and tv programmes. In my career i find i get patronised a lot no matter how professional i do my job, i always act mature and responsible yet still get spoken to as if i'm a little girl. When i remind people that i'm a mother of 2 they can't understand why i get arsey and say i should count myself lucky. It does become annoying after a bit. Still, i suppose i'll appreciate it when i'm 40!

I have always gotten along better with people younger than myself. In fact, by best friend of many years is seven years younger than me.

When a person is between the age of 20 to 30 or 30 to 40........ there should not be that much difference in how u look or behave ..... you are still young and exciting and should have a young healthy outlook! But .......... lol.........when u get to be my age ..... and u really don't look it or act it ...... or feel it ....... but u know it ....... and u have younger men ..... wanting your attention then you do question modivates and whatever and everything else in between! I would seriously like to believe some of the guys when they hit on me ..... and they say after I repeatly turn down their advances ..... 'AGE IS JUST A NUMBER' ..... can not help but feel flattered but there is reality!!!! I personally feel that a person should be comfortable with who they are at any age ...... and navigate comfortably between all age groups but know in their hearts what is going to work for them ...

I'm 42 and people always think I'm in my 30's. I've never let my age "age" me. If you think your age is bad, then it will show up on your face!

well... i am 30... i have always been told I look younger... i mostly get 23-26... as far as how I act, it depends on where I am and who I am with. but I tend to act like im in my mid 20's... most of my friends are in committed relationships already so its a bit hard finding other 30 year olds to hang out with and go out to bars or clubs... if you know anyone in my situation (in Toronto) please refer them to me! lol lol

I have been guessed age wise anywhere between 29-37....but never older. I am 45. ( it has gotten to be even younger guessing since losing alot of weight and growing my hair...which my pics on here do not reflect yet.)
My boyfriend is 46. He has a very young looking face, but pure white hair which makes him look older at a glance.
Attitude wise? We are both in our 20's-30's. We enjoy spending time with a variety of friends, but most of them are younger than us...ranging from 20 on up. What is funny is that they get tired out before we do. lmao
And.....I have to admit, it is alot of fun having people tell me I am too young to be a gramma. lol

This is an interesting topic. Real age, actualized age, and who says what age is what!? I think that age is a state of mind and there is no denying that the aging body means a slowdown, but that doesn't have to mean anything, except what you want it to. I've always been an 'old' soul since my youth (now there's an oxymoron-the concept, not me lol) Adults would have this stunned look on their face when they got to know me that said,"I'm looking at a kid, but what he's saying is so adult.' Now this aligns with my nature and temperment. I looked at life as the idealism being adulthood, and I just wanted to get there as a kid. Now since 25 I have found that my understanding of life is so different that people guess that I am 10 years my junior at times. I like that now since I understand the yin and yang of my life. I now understand more of our true immortal natures and time is less of a factor, NOW is the only immortal moment I have to experience, the past and future affect me in different ways only to the degree that I let them affect me NOW.. I didn't understand that before...

oops Double Post

Sometimes it IS hard when you realize that hardly anyone YOUR AGE has the energy that you have.

I am thankful.....for good genes and for God helping me to take good care of my children and myself. Eating right, exercising and NOT being a party animal all have attributed to how I look and feel. Also, I MUST add (LOLOL ) that my ex did not appreciate me taking such good care of myself, but now that I am single.....woohoo, let me tell you, he will realize when he dates other women his age, how rare it is to be able to wear a bikini well at 48! My SO never lets me forget that he finds me easy on the eyes and THAT was worth it.

I'm commonly believed to be 34, I look 34, but I act like I'm 7. How's that for being young at heart?

I would rather have "forgotten to grow up", than "forgot how to play!!"
Laughter keeps us young. Trying new things keeps us current.
I had an 89 year old patient correct me the other day ,stating "89 years young my dear ,89 years young"
I can only hope that that is my attitude when I get there myself!!

Well I'm a right hotch potch then!!!! I 'm 45, look 55 (it's the grey you know:)) and feel 25. But I think it's all about how you act and feel. I work with all ages of people but i always seem to be asked out by the younger members of staff and, I must admit, I always enjoy going out with them as it's more fun.

I have always looked younger than my age, and acted mature most of the time, so I just confuse everyone.......

As I have stated many times on threads dealing with age........as we age and mature, the lines of acceptance, tolerance, and enjoyment gray along with our hair......

Dating someone 10 or 15 years younger or older really does not matter to me anymore as long as having children is not involved. What does matter is that chemistry and desire to know each other better and make the most of it........

Just my opinion......

I shall be 45 next week and I don't care. I feel younger now than I did at 30.
