Posted: 3/29/2008 1:10:39 PM | I've been playing wow for about two years now, off and on, mostly when i've got time. work keeps me pretty busy...(stinkin' real life cutting into my wow-time...grrr. hehe.)
I've got two 70's on the Khaz Modan server (yes, it's a pve server, i know.) along with three nubs in the 20-40 range that i occasionally try and level, but my guild keeps me pretty busy in Karazhan. I've got a 70 Prot-spec warrior and a 70 demo/desto warlock. I'm working on leveling my priest so we've got an extra healer for those times when we lose one to disconnection issues. | |

I have a 70 destro warlock on Azjol Nerub. I have a couple alts. I haven't played the game in over a month though as I'm getting bored with SSC and TK where my guild is now. On the upside my social life has been picking up! I pretty much hibernate in the winter and play video games. Will probably go back to playing WoW when the new expansion comes out. I used to play Everquest before WoW came along. I dig my RPGs for sure..... but that dude who said its crack for geeks is totally right..... and im trying to ween myself off :)

I will stop playing it for relationship, but there will be nights when bored as hell, and that's when it creeps up on me. I would love to quit, but I'm having a lot of fun learning the Mount Hyjal/Black Temple fights (Naj'entus and Supremus down tonight woot). It's my source of entertainment!

Basically after work, it's the only thing i do. My RL friends play and it's a cheap time waster between going to work..LOL. lizardlips88 - I guess you aren't yet ready to embrace your inner geek or admit to it. ... Or maybe you aren't a very serious WoW player. If you're in a raiding guild then it can be next to impossible to take the game in moderation, unless you have a seriously understanding guild.... I mean, my guild raids 5 nights a week.... I play to get my mind off daily stresses (especially after the breakup from my ex). If I had kids I wouldn't be able to play the game at all because I'm just not into pvp, hate leveling alts, and don't need anything from 5 man instances anymore. My guild kicks out people with too many distractions (like young kids who constantly cause us to wait around) or bad internet connections. Seriously, how can you be shocked at it being called crack for geeks when so many people take this game so seriously? If you enjoy an RPG like WoW, you have a geek streak. I say embrace it.
Anyway, so it's been almost two months since I've played WoW. I'm tempted to give up this whole dating thing again and go back to gaming though ;) | |

I had a sexy little draenei rogue and a badass troll hunter but I haven't had the urge to pick it up again since my ex and I broke things off and he deleted me off his friends list. Ha ha. NERD BURN.

Stargate should also be in beta in the coming months, i got my email tio register for it yesterday.

On the Ali side I would say Night Elves, I've always had an affinity for Elves. For the Horde I would have to say... the Tauren, I like their spirituality. Favorite class would have to be either hunter or rogue, kind of a tossup.

I understand NONE of it!
I'm not a gamer, and I don't understand the attraction to games like this. Hell, even when my son calls me into his room to watch something new he learned on his Halo games, or his Tour of Duty games (I think that's what they're called? ), I can only watch for a couple of minutes before I get bored out of my mind and have to leave!
There are so many things one can do if they're bored out of their minds, I just don't get this whole gamer mindset, I really don't. | |

I got a small bunch of lvl 70 characters ranging from,
Frost mage (Neptulon Eu PVP server)
Elemental shaman (Hellfire EU PVE Server)
Retri Paladin (Hellfire EU PVP server)
To my latest which is my lvl 44 druid which i've started to play since coming back from a long 3-4 month break on Wow.
Fav race/class is the Undead male with a mage/Lock/priest combo (best casting animation ftw) =]
Not to sure which up coming MMO i'm looking forward too, AOC i heard isn't so great compared to Wow. But it's down to own opinions so i gotta look into that. Looking into WOTLK, but that's mainly because i got friends who play so it's an easy plan to keep moving forward with WoW. | |

I have a few other toons as well from various levels but mosly play on Dragonblight server.
Love the game, and when the snow flies I play it quiet a bit.
When summer is here I work too much to engage in my addiction.
Need a handsome man to play with instead!
