Posted: 5/19/2007 3:00:43 PM | Yes I do.... Had a boyfriend who would get up around 2.30 am to pee and then come back to bed ready to play. That was fine but then at 6.30 am he was ready to play AGAIN!!!! Thank heavens I did not see him everyday I could not keep that pace up. I like sex and cuddling but please only once in the middle of the night LOL. Early evening or during the day when I can snooze inbetween playtime yes I can go all night or all day. But when I have to get up at 7am and be out the door at 8.10 am for work well I do prefer to be awake driving to work and I think everyone else on the roads would prefer that too.
Nothing like cuddling up next to your partner naked and feeling that skin on skin contact mmmmmmmm........ nice.

After I worked all day, came home made supper, cleaned up, by the time I finally get to sit down for the day its 8:00 at night... Sure sex is awesome at anytime during the morning, afternoon, and evening, but when you are finally asleep because you are so exhausted, and your friend starts to get frisky at 3:00 in the morning and all you want to do is sleep, because you know you have a busy day the next day, it can drive you nuts.... I'd be bringing home take-out and figuring out how to spend less time cleaning. I'd also get myself to bed by 10 so when he woke me up at 3 I'd already have had 5 hours of sleep...with a couple more to come after sleepy, dreaming sex.
Of course earning a living is important, we all have to eat, and a clean house is nice...but the two most important things in my life are my kids and my relationship. I suspect if this man had been the right man, you'd have felt the same way instead of kicking him to the curb because of sex in the middle of the night. | |

Both times she yelled at me; the second time she continued complaining in the morning.
After that I never considered interrupting her sleep for any reason.
A few years later I came to the conclusion it was not worth the risk to approach her at any time. 
At 38 I am in my sexual prime, I love sex...
BUT....
Yea, there was always a "but..." with her, too.

Posted: 5/25/2007 4:27:32 PM | Being "frisky" doesn't necessarily have anything to do with whether or not you have to get up in the morning or how busy you are in your day to day life. I have a very hectic career, sometimes working 50-60 hours a week. But when my girlfriend is sleeping in the buff right next to me I've woken up many times from a dead sleep "in the mood", even after we've just done the deed a couple of hours prior. There's also been times where I've stayed up the entire night and gotten no sleep at all and still went to work the next day.
I don't mean to discredit the original post here, or any of the negative opinions to getting waken up in the middle of the night. I guess my point is, when you are with someone very special and are truly happy in your relationship, then your body can just "take over" and do whatever feels natural. And that's really what sex and intimacy should be; completely natural, with someone you care about, no matter what time of the day it is. | |

How about a compromise.
On the nights that you lover wakes you up
for a little Dreamy Loving.....he agrees to make supper the next night.
So you will soon see how horny he really is, and how hungry you anticipate being.
And, of course, gentle enticement is preferred to random ramming. That will get a different reaction.
Just a thought. After all, loving is about giving & sharing, is it not?

I perhaps, no matter how tired, don't have issues with intimacy -maybe you just think that person sucks and would rather sleep....? | |
