All the little things you do for one another, coffee in the morning, reading the paper together on the weekend. Remembering he loves dark chocolate so I pick up small bars to put in his briefcase to find later. Having someone who knows something is wrong/right just from the look on your face. Those personal moments that pass between two connected people... when for just a moment nothing else matters. yeah, I miss that.
And I admit, someone to take out the trash or investigate that strange noise in the middle of the night is good too!

Having someone to give me a kiss and a hug and ask me how my day was.. and really care...
... sigh ... | |

I miss sharing laughs, a chest to lie on and a shoulder to cry on. What I miss the most is being held...sigh

Most have the belief that there is only one person (or few) out there perfect for them. Finding that means you're going in the right direction. It's a big status point when you finally find the right person...it is really the start to the rest of your meaningful life. I miss that feeling most when I'm single. It'll come :P

Whether its working in the garden . . helping in the kitchen . . going out dancing .. or .. just staying home and *Smooching* as mutual reward for helping each other through all the other shared things, throughout the day. . !! ..YEAH!!.. . . But there are those times when I just want to be held. That's all. Just held. A good cuddler is hard to find.

| The one thing you miss most when you are single Posted: 3/2/2008 5:50:08 PM | I agree with previous posters, I miss the hugs and I miss having someone to care about and who cares about me. And some days it's the little things that I miss the most... a glance, a pat on the leg, finishing the other's sentence... | |

Sounds a mite sappy but that often can happen for me. That, and all of the tiny things you begin to pick up on. Her quirky smile, her mysteriousness, her willingness to be open to you. The paradox: that she is imperfect, a challenge to be with, and yet you adore everything about her. Etc.
