A girl I am currently seeing saying that: She's ready to take the relationship to the bedroom stage. Response: Very cool.
If we have already been at that stage, she's saying she's horny right now. Response: I'll be right over.
A guy saying that to a girl he's been sleeping with already. = 'I am hot for you right now, your place ot mine?'
A guy saying that to a girl he's been seeing but hasn't slept with yet. = 'I think you're sexy but this is all I can do right now. TELL ME THE SECOND YOU'RE READY!'
A guy saying that to a girl who is a friend. = 'I want to lay you or start a relationship.' A bit crude way to do it though.
A guy saying it to a woman who is a stranger/acquaintance: = 'I want to just lay you a couple of times, nothing else. You would be my personal masturbator as far as I am concerned. I also have no respect for you.' *
* Note: a guy can masturbate to a girl he knows and still respect her, but one does not TELL her such things unless he is thinking she might be slutty enough to 'help him out' without any commitment. That last part is the real insult.

but..... yes,
