Posted: 7/5/2008 5:03:53 PM | Pregnancy can change nipple colour. It's from chemicals like oxytocin being released in the bloodstream. Before childbirth I had pink nipples. Now they are light brown, but change to pink when I am warm... So guess what colour they are now!  | |

Posted: 7/5/2008 8:13:34 PM | yes, in my own case they went from salmon pink maybe, to apricot or amber [more brownish] after pregnancy, birthing, nursing- and I do believe it was hormone/estrogen related [like the linea negra- look it up!]
They widened too- altho I did not realize they were considered big until I started sharing pics of them with people. And saw some women's who were much smaller.
I don't think it has to do with blood in the area as much as skin pigment and your bodies' reaction to hormones.
My skin color is also yellow-ish so I do have some pigment other than white/pink. Eastern European descent.
As for hair- oh let's not go THERE! Happy trail anybody??? That's what epilady is for.....
I like concentric rings. That way, I can tell how old she is.
