The weatherman must love to reference the temperature in Hell, Michigan... they probably LOVE to mention that it is a "cold day in Hell." There is a post office substation in the convenience store and they will remail letters for you with the official "Hell" cancellation of the stamp. This service is apparently popular around mid-April when some folks have their tax return forwarded from Hell. | |

Posted: 2/13/2009 7:50:28 AM | If you travel south on I-5 in Washington state, you will see an exit for Tillicum (which ironically is the Chinook term for "friend") in the Seattle/Tacoma area and later you will see an exit for Steilacoom, which is pretty much pronounced like the previous city except for an S- at the beginning and maybe a North Dakota accent. Unfortunately, they do not have a city to let you know where you are suppose to start.
There is a Ganja in the small country of Azerbaijan. I went there once and was sadly disappointed. This is the same country where there are a lot of stores with the word "Sexi" out in front. I thought "What a great country! I am going to love it here." Imagine my disappointment to discover that a "sexi" was a tailor. What a rip-off.
While not a horrible name, there is a Batman, Turkey. When I was in Turkey, i was trying to find a city called Robin, but no luck. | |

molester lane .... dorkville, campbellton... like WTF people stop nameing places after molesters, dorks,and chicken noodle soup LOL!.. bad enough im in Dalhousie.. people call it Dullhousie ordalhillsy(due to the many hills we have ) or Dahlooserville LOL! :) so its all good | |

It was artificially contrived in the 1860s to bestow upon the station the honour of having the longest name of any railway station in the United Kingdom.
Prior to this it was known simply as Llanfairpwllgwyngyll or Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll. | |
