You haven't accomplished anything at all . In fact you have failed at something . If anything would make me run the other way it is someone who had been married with kids. Don't want anything to do with that drama.
When i talk of someone who had been to jail i did not mean someone who had gotten thrown in overnight for something minor. I meant hard jail time for something serious. | |

For me i think if someone were to tell me "i have been to jail"
A dear friend of mine was helping someone move and drove their pick-up truck, loaded with furniture - got pulled over for a break light being out - only to find out that it was considered a stolen vehicle several months prior. He went to jail. The person that reported it stolen, neglected to re-contact the police to let them know that her son 'borrowed' the truck without permission.
Please, maryrachelle, do not assume.
What could someone tell you on a first date that would send you running for the hills??
I'm still thinking about Geneseo's basement comment - where does one put all of the bodies?

I do hate cats.. I own one named Gvhe... I hate her, she is so lazy. She also ignores me all the time. ::grins:: Long joke behind that.
I tried to date a woman that spent time in Jail. Another long story why I'd over look that issue.
What sends me running? A woman shows up wearing something way too revealing. I am looking for a date, not a hooker. I don't mind her to be a looker, but don't want to share the view with a hundred others.
A woman that indicates she wants to locate a hotel. Not on first date ladies, I am not a hunk. So if they are coming on to me, it has to be about sex. I don't think I am that good looking to instigate that kind of attraction on first meeting. If I am, those ladies on Hot or Not need to score me higher.
They show up rather larger than their picture, or like one woman, she had a mustache on her lips.
Any indication that they are liars. I got rid of an Ex that loved to lie, I won't walk that road again.
Or one woman ::chuckles:: She showed up drunk to our first meeting. I didn't think it took a fifth of wiskey to work up nerve to meet me. But I guess it did. The fact she was drinking and driving showed me she lacked brains.
And horror stories, on a first date? Maybe later on. Like the fence post that went thru her lower jaw when she got thrown from a horse. You know those little round posts used for electric fencing? She had several more just as gross to talk about.
One woman, her "Ex" husband was also her First Cousin. Still trying to figure out how they missed that piece of trivia. I mean didn't this become evident to the Parents of the Engaged couple at least by wedding day?
Oh and not likely for this to happen, but if I ever learned a woman ever cheated on her Ex, I'd take off quick. I have a belief that those who cheat will always cheat due to their love for Sex more than their love for another person. | |

If you are looking for something substantial in a relationship stay away from men who continuously talk about sex and desires on a first date. That's a sure sign they are only looking for a one night stand or just an occasional sex partner. But if that's what you want then go for it. | |
