so if you're trying to pit beauty against brains, you've failed.
ummm... first of all... you don't have to tell me they are both beautiful.... I know that. Second... I'm not trying to "pit" anything against anything... Ginger and Mary Ann have been the epitome of beauty vs brains since the show first aired... and everybody knows that. These forums are sorely lacking fun threads... so I was just trying to have some fun with it.
Thanks for your input though

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/12/2007 5:19:46 PM | so who do you think is ugly?

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/12/2007 5:30:58 PM | That Esurance chick ( Erin ) is the hottest girl on TV right now, but she's obviously nothing but a tease.
I was trying to think about this. She is strangely hot for a drawn blocky cartoon character. Of course I had to analyse it.
She's drawn to be hypersexualized body wise. Extra narrow waist, nice butt/hips/thighs. Decent sized breasts for her cartoon frame. Small facial features, but big eyes. Eyes that are always looking sideways. That's on the physical side.
She has a great voice. I noticed something else about her that I truly admire. Whenever Erik makes a cheesy joke or slips in some innuendo, or is checking her out with a quick glace....she gets a quick smirk, ignores him and KEEPS GOING with her espionage/sabotage/insurance sales pitch. She doesn't get offended. She doesn't take revenge. She doesn't play the victim role. She doesn't tell her coworker that he's being inappropriate. She just quietly and cooly blows him off with a smile and keeps on with whatever she's doing. THAT is a strong confident woman to me. Not the typical response that you'd expect.....those women are weak in my eyes. *sigh* Fictional characters.

Thank you for injecting some sadly needed humour into the forums. I believe that enough people agree with you to at least warrant 6 pages of replies - not including the two from "nick" stating he didn't want to participate... Thanks again...you are a peach!

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/14/2007 1:13:02 AM | | Mary Ann all the way. That girl is like the Tight Jeans Champion of the World, and hella cute besides! Ginger goes invisible if she stands too close to Mary Ann. | |
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/14/2007 8:22:25 AM | Mary-Ann all the way, I love the wholesome type, Ginger may be hott but after her sex appeal go away your not left with much. | |
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/14/2007 11:01:48 AM | | Mary Ann or Daisy Duke, Daisy Duke or Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman or Bat Girl, Wilma or Betty ???? | |

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/14/2007 12:43:04 PM | | Mrs. Howell. Think about it - she's in her sixties, used to a life of luxury, but still rarely even complained about being stuck on the island for years and years. Paris Hilton can't hold it together for a week in jail! Mrs. Howell is comfortable with who she is and has built a terrific relationship with her husband. Though I'd prefer her to be 30 or so years younger to match my own age - give me Mrs. H. | |

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/16/2007 5:34:01 AM | | I'd have to say Ginger just because I realize that both are actresses and Mary Ann comes across as being unrealistically too sweet and naive. | |
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/16/2007 8:56:06 PM | ^^^ Sweet and naive..... Is there such a thing anymore? And what is her number? Because SOME of us would really LOVE that!!! ( Or at least if she could pretend well....) | |
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/17/2007 3:13:03 AM | Oh sure, the Esurance chick is hot, but she's also a particular type of woman I hate. She blows into your life, makes a mess of everything, takes from you what ever she finds useful, then blows out again. Maby she'll let you give her a ride on your motorcycle, but never get the idea she really needs you for anything. And I mean anything at all ! She's sexy and she knows it, but no one ever scores with her. She's all flirt and no phuck. No time for that, always running somewhere. She obviously has intimacy issues, doesn't like anyone getting too close to her. Despite all the sexiness, she probably has limited experience. I would say a couple of quick passionless episodes in the back of a car, which she remembers as a grand sacrifice on her part. She's never masturbated and never had an orgasm. All things considered, she really quite a prude. | |
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/17/2007 4:06:20 PM | Wow, way to wreck a fantasy! But the more one thinks, the more you're right..... She's hot enough for every guy to want her, but not available enough emotionally to know how to treat him when she gets him! She's probably extremely spoiled...thinking every guy is going to bend over backwards for her..... when she's the one who needs to be bending over..... Just saying...confidence is great..... until you think you're to good to mingle with the rest of us..... ( This is ALL hypothetical.... we're talking about a cartoon....!) | |

Mary Ann comes across as being unrealistically too sweet and naive.
Possibly... but sweet AND naive means that you can usually talk them into anything...
So, I'll talk her into inviting Ginger over as well.
|
| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 6/18/2007 5:09:26 PM | "Mary Ann or Daisy Duke, Daisy Duke or Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman or Bat Girl, Wilma or Betty ????"
Wonder Woman wins hands down because she could tie me up with her truth rope and fly me around in her invisoplane. BTW:Linda Carter is still a hottie!

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 7/9/2007 11:50:40 AM | I'm holding out for Mrs. Peel in her black leather jumpsuit. At least I thought it was black. Now thanks to video, I discover it was red. I am so disillusioned. That's how old I am. | |

| Ginger?? or Mary Ann?? Posted: 7/10/2007 10:58:24 AM | Emma Peel. Classy and kickas$ in one sleek leather package.
I always liked Phyllis Davis from the TV show "Vegas" ... she was hot and sweet at the same time. Like apple pie with a "come eat me" attitude.
