| Why do men prefer taking a shower?

Sometimes after a really rough workout form the night before I jsut like to soak the body for a solid 15-20 in the mornings. Hot as I can stand it.
Sometimes my cat, Killer, will come in and take a bath too! he prefers the toilet though. I can only fit my foot in there. | |

I think me like to take showers cause they are in too much of a hurry so they can not take the time to relax in a hot steamy tub. If there were a woman in there with them, I am sure that they would love to take a bath. | |

Yep-- sounds like something MY kids would do.
"Dad, we want to go swimming."
"We don't have a pool."
"We can swim in the tub."
"No, you can't."
"Yes, we can. Just fill it with water."
"Will you be quiet if I do?"
"in unison...Yes, Sir"
"Ok, but don't make a mes."
Famous last words....."OK, We won't!"
45 minutes later, the tub is at capacity, water has flooded the bathroom and slowly soaking thru the walls to the carpet in the other rooms. 30 mins after that, 2 spankings and half a closet of towels later...........
But I do love Mr Bubble.
Now THAT makes me laugh!!!!

My home in Atlanta has a 3'x4' shower with three very high shower heads... it also has a jacuzzi tub that you have to climb 3 steps before you can sink down into it and is surrounded by mirrors... and lights on a remote dimmer...
My Ft. Lauderdale home has a 2.5x2.5 sq ft shower with a midgets shower head and no tub... 
We hunted them for hours....had to wait for the bubbles to go down.... Just drop a bar of soap into the water, it kills the bubbles very quickly (counter intuitive but works like magic!)

Think, you take a shower before getting in a public pool, took a shower for years after gym, or now exercise after gym.
Take a shower at the beach even, to rinse salt off and you been in a big place with water.
You even took a shower after being in some of our Lakes. There I think fresh water.
Well if you seen some, I'll pass, not swimming in THAT.
Took a shower before getting in a hot tub, even rinse your feet off before getting in your pool or a friends.
It's just faster, gets the job done and your on your way.
Cost alot less and uses less water.
Like everything else, fast, convenient and you SMELL and look CLEAN. | |

Well I guess they have not taken into account those of us that have 3 shower heads and a shower tower in their stalls.
I shower as a preference to get clean... take a bubble bath with earphones on to drown away a bad day.
