Posted: 8/27/2007 6:23:07 PM | well if memory serves me right........these three hostesses decided they would host a local party to them.....and keep in mind.....it was all thier first party.......a year ago.....when the first Orillia parties the first of many.....fantastic memories.....
They did thier research.......chatted with other successful hosts.......read the rules, posted the threads.....planned mingling games.......even hired a local POFER for thier DJ.....found the place.......and watched as the numbers grew on thier sign up page.....shocked that peeps from Oshawa, Brampton, Toronto, Barrie, and Midland signed up.........lord knows there was way more then they expected.....as the numbers started to rise........they collectively got busy, inventing ways to help singles like us...enjoy the evening.....with ease.....and ice breakers....
I walked in.......all shy and quiet like.....and announced I was BABY GIRL.....as if they should know who the hell I was....lol....and I have to admit.....each and everyone of those hostesses.....and myself became instant friends....thier smiles were so warm and friendly....and as they gave me my nut told me I would have to go around and screw every man around that had a bolt........till I found my perfect match.....OMG......was my response........lol.....I was thinking OH SURE>.........like that is going to happen....(get your minds out of the gutter peeps).......geeshhhhhhhh.......it was a mingling game........an ice breaker even.....funnier than not for sure.....here I am shy and sweet and innocent like.......asking someone if I can omg.....screw them........NOT.....but I believe I did manage a few can I see your bolt.....or have u tried my nut yet.....lol...
I won......but I think there was an error to the game.......seemed the guy who had the winning bolt screwed everyone....and I was not his first ///////damm him........lol .....
Every party these hosts have had some kind of games.....and Yes I was the bead queen for awhile.....just because I did not say the word NO.....and knew how to get others to say it all night....lol.....but I won.....and it was all in fun.....
So much fun.....I got addicted to the parties....never missed one.....even celebrated my birthday at an orillia party.......and the hosts.....even bought everyone a cake to celebrate thier birthdays.........I tell you.......we are not allowed to profit from these parties.......and when you host.....often peeps expect prizes.....these girls took from thier very own pockets.....to accomodate all of the participants..........why.......because they are special........just so damm warm and friendly.......and super happy gals.......it actually makes them feel good to see us smile, and enjoy the fruits of thier labours........even to the extent of having J E L L Ooooooooooo.......spots.......in the lot.......
I won an award this year.......which I was totally honoured with.....but these three girls.........are truely the finest POF peeps I have ever met.......and I just wanted to say PUBLICLY

Ya all sound like a wild and crazy bunch. So maybe someone can teach me how to walk on the wild side. After all, i'm just another pof  cough, cough. Sorry about that, i seemed to choke on something.
So if your all as friendly as you claim. I guess i can look forward to lot's of hugs. And lot's of dance partners.
