Listen if you have a sausage and a couple of potatoes in your shorts you will find that sometimes they need adjustment as they can put themselves into rather painful or awkward positions. It requires DIRECT intervention as its causing discomfort.
Now doing this in public or reaching in like your digging for gold is rather rude,so personally I would excuse myself to a place where the appropriate reconfiguration can be completed.
But when i hear women telling me about it?...pffft....grow some balls and a sausage (literally) and then we can talk.

It's ridiculous and unnecessary. I'm not always 'adjusting' my anatomy. If you've got an itch, get a cream, if your underwear's too tight, go get a different size. If you have some pressing personal pants problem, excuse yourself. None of the men in my life do this. It's very rude. I once confronted a co-worker at another job about it, and he ACTUALLY thought women didn't notice him doing it all the time. Well, he stopped. (Oh, and we're still friends :)
Of all the foolish and completely uninformed answers/opinions here this is about the funniest and soooooooooo full of crap! So "none of the men in her life.........." do this? Yeah-----I'm sure they're all creamed up, perfectly fitted underwear and no "pressing personal pants problem" so they don't need to adjust. Or maybe the "men in her life" just don't have the affected plumbing? LOL

It's the same as a woman who needs to adjust her boobs in her bra. We men love to watch when you adjust those! | |

the testicles need to be a couple degrees cooler than body tempurature to be comfortable, so every now and again they may need some movement to help cool them down.
also they tend to get in the way and it does not take much to invoke discomfort and pain. and if they are not comfortable, then thats gonna get fixed real quick like.
the other 5% is because they are lonely and like some acknowledgement sometime | |

But, there are a few guys out there that can't keep there hands off of them. I don't know what it is, unless something is going on to make them have to scratch, and I don't mean a little , I mean all the time. These guys are annoying.
Yes, women have to re-adjust sometimes, but I hope that's all it is, and not fondling. | |
