Posted: 8/17/2007 2:36:03 AM | Further, the OP requested information as regards books which might help him 'crack the code'. Whilst I have told him that I don't believe there is a code to crack, the other posters have offered assistance.
I recently visited Bletchley Park famed for breaking the enigma and lorenz cipher the enigma code had I think 150,000,000,000,000,000,000 combinations. Now the human brain is infinitely more complicated operated by chemical an electrical signals and in the case of women somebody obviously wired them up wrong to complicate matters further. So you need to find the right combination of buttons to press to get the the right result and in most cases you will be unsuccessful then just when you think you have pressed all the right buttons and things are going well the dodgy wiring kicks in  | |

WHY DON"T YOU TAKE NOTE OF THE OTHER POSTERS ADVICE!
You live with a self fulfilling prophecy.........I am ugly I will never get a woman...every time you "fail" to get a woman, this confirms this belief. While you are telling yourself this and believing it to be true.....YOU WILL NEVER GET A WOMAN....you can read as many books as you want, go on as many courses as you want, but until you change your script, nothing will work.
I would imagine when you approach someone, you know you will not succeed.....and low and behold....you have already determined the outcome, and it worked.
You can only get a woman when you know that you can get a woman. That simple. | |

Whilst I agree that on-line dating can be a challenge, there is no difference between women on here and those in real life.
You are correct in that there is no difference between women on here and those in real life but according to several books etc the approach has to be different. Here are three examples:-
If there is an attractive lady in a club she will be hit on maybe by 20-30 guys that night. If she puts a picture up a on dating site she will get typically hundreds of emails a day which could translate into several hundred by the end of the week. So she needs to develop an incredibly good filtering system to survive the deluge or she would never get any work done.
In addition much filtering done by everyone on a website is via looks and stats - in real life, you can bypass this quickly by having a sheer magnetic personality. Many people with that kind of personality find it difficult to put it into words.
Finally many of us find it difficult to come up with an email that is longer than one sentence and even if we do, the message needs to have something that conveys our personality as well as the fact that we've read the lady's profile. In real life a simple "hi" can start the ball rolling and pretty soon you know whether she likes you or not without you having to think about how to open up a conversation with someone on-line. Most people who send emails with "hi" have their email deleted with no reply (and how many of us have sent emails like this when we first started).
Us guys are likely to reply to most people's emails 'cos we don't get as many as the women (stats on Plentyoffish also bear this out) so it is easier to filter. | |

If i see him tonight at the London meet with a tall busty blonde bird i'll let you all know..
OT..Im still trying to crack the code and I can speak 4 languages.....
