Posted: 3/1/2009 5:43:57 AM | Well, I've had no problems getting into the forums since last night .. however access my profile or mail?? nope ? :(
It shows I have mail but when I try signing in to retrieve it . .. I get a wacked error message ..
hmmm.. I'll see if I can copy that message here .. maybe that'll help. :( | |

Posted: 3/1/2009 6:35:42 AM | Me thinks this is a POF related issue. Not one that 'we' are having with our log in details or cookies .. or any of that sort of thing.
I have cleared ALL my history/ cookies/cache etc.
Run 2 clean up programs - Disk Cleanup & Crap Cleaner
Run Both antivirus/spyware programs..
Defragged
Reset my IP
:(
I guess we just have to be patient and wait for Marcus to dbug the system..
sigh .. "I've Got Mail" .. lol ..
spose it'll make me look 'hard to get' .. less desperate .. lol . ;) j/k..
I'm sure we'll be back to "normal" soon enough ..  | |

But it says my e-mail address is not in their database. Also, I searched by username and it said my account was closed in October last year but I haven't even had that account on here for that long. I have only had it for a month or 2 at the most. So I wanted to know what's going on and why it says my account has been closed, what happened to it? And why did that happen? | |

I have done all that is suggested. My mother and sister have accounts here as well. Neither can sign on. We simply get the page telling us to lower the filter on cookies - and yet I can still sign into my account, venifica, no problem. It started with only my sister's account - 'canadianexport'. I deleted the cookies and tried signing back on and it was then affecting my mother's account - 'psychic rain dancer'. There appears to be no place where I can mark a site as 'accepted' - I am on Firefox (I presume the most recent) and have clicked on 'accept cookies'.
Neither can sign into the forums, either. I have tried email addresses too.
Please help.

I KNOW my name and password, have tried ALL your suggestions, am NOT soliciting sex and I refuse to waste my time on this problem anymore. When it is fixed, Maybe I will return. Please let the men who have not received a message in return, I CANNOT get on this site. I am sorry.

You can try sending a message to yourself. An easy way is view your profile and use the Contact button.
You might have to add yourself to your favorites first because your mail restrictions (esp. gender) limit who might send a message to you. | |

I'm not sure if its the system deleting me , admin deleting me or malicious reporting deleting me but my profile appears to have gone again.
please stop deleting me, I'm not a nasty person. Outspoken and blunt maybe, but not nasty and I don't come her to purposely cause trouble, flame, bait harass or troll., I come her to find a partner and organise events.
If it is malicious please stop them.

If you're not getting the emails, check your junkmail. If they're still not there, check any other email addresses you own.  | |

Then some ADm. man came on and told me to change my Username and password; something about Spam blah, blah. I did it and now nothing works under any word or name. Can't even login with my e-mail. THEN this page keeps coming up when you click on check-in about Internet Options and lowering spam/cookie box etc., etc. finally figured that out AND NOTHING WORKS!! Wrote 6 messages and then THEY tell me it is MY PROBLEM????!!!!! I do not think so! Nothing was broken till the computer sites "geeks" decides to fix it. Now it really does not work! 3 years on this site with no trouble---til now. Now how fast can Adm. fix it?? Thanks guys! Am I mad? You bet! | |
