I sign in at the start and when I try to send mail out it wouldn't let me. Where is this tool bar you speak of and how do I stop the repeated sign in from come up all the time. I sign it once and that should be all that you need. Why wont it let me send replies to other people? I work the night shift and the people I reply to are not online . Secret message says it is to do with proxy servers but have contacted mine and the problem they say,is not with them.

ur not the only one i am having same problems and have checked cookies etc, still throws me back to log on again, cant send mail. it just took 15 mins to sort 1 reply out.
Was having the same login problem as everyone else. Had a scan through the posts and found the culprit. I was running google web accelerator, stopped it and now everythings running fine with no need to keep loggin in again.
If your running any kind of accelerator then stop it and see if it solves the problem, worked for me but might not for all.
I am also having worsening problems ... and would also like to know if it is going to be fixed - I HAVE READ THE SECRET ANSWER - but it doesnt really say if it is something that is being sorted or not! Frustrating ....
i dont think it is just a UK issue now. i can not IM anyone now and i cant send ANY eamils at all. i have read the "threads" , but that dont say what if anything can fix the problem. is there a fix for it, or is it going to stay this way? i think this is by far the best site on the net, and i dont want to see anything happen to change it. please post something so everyone will know what is being done to try and fix the problem. thank you for a great site.
Well Sir You seem to have outgrown your britches. Congrats on the success of your site but this prob bites. I have taken your relationship needs assesment survey which took about 20 min and after clicking submit, I had to sign in again which after I did bought me back to a page with no questions answered. Waste of my time that was. Hope you fix your prob soon. Very frustrating to work your site.
This has to do with timing out, copying, and logging back in.
Some people are reporting that after they do that they still can't send their emails for some reason. Please be sure that after you paste what you wrote in the blank message space provided that you ALSO type in the screen name of the person you're sending it to. It's an easy mistake to make if you don't realize it's now missing.
The other thing that works for me for some reason is that once I log back in......all I have to do is hit the back key and it takes me to where my finished email was that timed out. I then hit send and the letter always goes through. I don't copy/paste anything. I just rechecked it to make sure that it still works that way and it did. Perhaps it will for others who time out too!!!

Once you have logged in to mail,clicked read mail then click reply button,you should not have to login back and have to copy and paste message!
I can understand it if I wrote long replies and the time out occurred What is it 15 mins? but this is happening if I write a reply with in 2 mins or so.
For example.
Log in click read mail log in button appears. login again click reply login in button appears
Or click view profile login button appears etc etc.
I am still having problems logging in--and I am in Las Vegas so its not just a UK issue. No log in, no mail sending--can you guys continue to try to figure out whats going on please? Its obviously a system issue. Thank you

I had Symantic through AOL...(not the corporate version I'm sure) when I purchased the computer but switched to Norton when I went to cable. I've never had any problems with this computer ..thank goodness. Even the "time out" was legit and my post was just to suggest something I do when I do time out..which is just hit the back key to where my email was and hit send. I wasn't complaining of any problems, only trying to help... but darn it, now it looks like I may have one!!
What is that "Hijack This" you're suggesting? What does it do and is Norton going to freak out if I try to install it? lol
(If anyone there recommends you use AdAware, AVG, Avast, etc. ... ignore them. Most haven't got the faintest Clue what they are talking about, more often than not parroting off some Product Review they've read Somewhere. Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2will get rid of it.)
