There are too many variations to say that one type is the 'best', BUT I can definitely say that fake is the worst. If you have very saggy 'deflated' boobs (major ptosis), then filling them out with implants may be OK. If you just have small-but-otherwise-good boobs, NEVER ruin them with implants.
Small boobs can be very sexy. It's how you show them off and express yourself sexually with them that makes the biggest difference. | |

Take it from someone who has bOObs...while I love my breasts...finding clothing that fits properly is mucho harder...the bras stop looking sexy after a B or C cup (I buy mine in bulk when I find one with 2 hooks on back or less than an inch in front!) and not knowing if someone is looking at the total picture, or just your tits, is a PITA!
Not to mention...I think ANY size natural breasts look far better than fake ones! ;) | |

I love porn, but as soon as I see those unmoving, gravity defying coconut halves that stick out from a thin womans chest, I have to delete it - its SUCH a turn-off!
Your body is beautiful the way it is and a REAL man would never not date you or think you arent sexy just because you have a smaller chest. And besides, as you get older, most likely they will fill out more anyway.

Welp,,she did lose the weight but cha know what? She still had low self-esteem issues! She just chose something else she wanted to change about her appearance.

I have never had someone tell me that after they had a boob job that made them feel sexier that they wanted it reversed. For health reasons yes but that is old school now, they know what they are doing. Just today I was told by a beautiful girl that on POF she had to put a cleavage shot up to get a meaningful number of emails, now while that may just show or reinforce the shallowness of males it does say something so if that is what you want then go for it and more power to ya.Just be happy sweetheart, it's a long life to go through not feeling good about yourself, however if I can say one thing it's not the boobs that makes ya it's just you. | |

I had an ex who complained that hers were too small. I told her constantly that it didn't matter and I still got excited everytime her shirt came off.
Bottom line, if you date a guy that complains about them...lose him. | |

I work in the field and have seen many women gain a great deal by having an enlargement or in fact a reduction. Search your motives and if you really want to do this for yourself not because someone is pushing you then do some research and find a well credentialled surgeon. I can tell you that if it were as easy for men the line up would stretch half way around the globe. A surgeon who really knows his stuff will tell you that loss of nipple sensation is rare, it can happen though so be sure you know why you want this then make your own decision based on your research and good luck with whatever your decision is

Posted: 8/4/2008 7:28:39 AM | Well, Pleasurelimits...if you work in the field, you should also know that the best and reputable surgeons discuss with their prospective patients, the REASONS they want implants...and do not just implant anyone asking for such. They consider their expectations and their reasons for such...and if it has anything to do with low self esteem where they think the boobs are going to "fix" everything...they typically refuse or send them to counseling first!
But of course there are also the less than reputable surgeons who will implant anyone, regardless! Like the ones who will do a second surgery and create grossly oversized breasts for someone who is doing such for attention. | |
