I left the house and not for another man ...it was a solid decision..he, 4 yrs later is still harrassing me for money when he makes 68% more than I but because I'm suppose to be so smart I have the potential to make a sum that is absolutely rediculous.... it took 4 yrs before he gave me proper child support, I did not ask for alimony, the house or its content I just wanted away from Him....now I'm here in Alberta stranded with no family to help me with the children on my time (triplets) so of course my hours and salary from work have been effected. He tried to starve me out..so I think a person has to look at both sides than form the truth.
OH by the way, his game plan was he submitted his affidavid full of blatant lies that I have tangeble truth 1 day prior to seeing the judge!! The numbers are as our T4's indicate finally, but no retro was given....thank god for credit cards!!! My children, are as happy as can be..because they know whatever we (the Adults) do, we both love them with all our hearts!
So, as a mother who would go to no ends to protect my children...I think you should go to know ends to protect yours..

Posted: 7/7/2007 11:21:37 PM | I doubt that the Judge will find much credibility in the testimony of a man whom your former partner cheated on you with. Your posts suggest that your STBE had an extramarital sexual relationship with both this other man AND his female partner. Sour grapes does not a credible witness make, kwim ?
I would also caution you in regards to your choice of legal counsel. The best lawyer is not the one who marches into court with a stick up their arse, mastery of legal terminology, and visions of Boston Legal dancing in their head. The Court prefers confidence to arrogance, wisdom rather than manipulation, and tact before bluster. | |
