Posted: 7/12/2007 11:46:03 PM | Only if you factor in shadow activity too. I usually test as an ENTJ, occasionally ENTP depending on mood (more rarely INTP/INFJ). With experience - temet nosce - you become more aware of your "weaker" areas and can focus on them both consciously and unconsciously depending on the situation.
The problem with the use of Myers-Briggs is that the businesses using them like the neat little pigeonholes, and rarely bother employing anyone who can interpret the results... That, and the things can be gamed if you study them. | |

Posted: 7/13/2007 2:34:38 PM | e spy: Yeah, the hardest part of taking these tests is to make myself not play with them. They are so easy to tweak many different ways. You know if your answers are most like an introvert the test will show that. I promise I was good on this one!
Maybe you are somewhere between Introvert and Extrovert depending on the situation. I think I am.

Thanks for pointing that out. My mistake (blush, blush). It was the other way around. I must have been tired. It should have been:
Extroverted: 56% Introverted 43%
Administrator:
Much in touch with the external environment. Very responsible. Pillar of strength. 8.7% of the total population.

Work comes first, then family and community (describes 6% of the general population, 30% of the U.S. military). the ISTJ's natural partner is the ESFP, or the ESTP. Posted: 7/16/2007 8:39:55 PM | I'm an INFJ, but alas of the female variety. Acyually OP, I think Rune has a point, in my experience, extrovert personas can be exhausting and draining for me too. I really am not convinced that matching introverts and extroverts works, its like simplifying the match, eg,.. I am quiet, you are loud, i will listen, you will talk, and we make a whole from two opposite halfs. Its not that simple. Extrovert people are too opposite to my personality for me ever to be comfortable with one. Harmony and shared qualities make for longer lasting relationships in my opinion.
The best of luck in finding your match Op, those INFJ's are elusive though, one per cent of the population, isnt it? And usually lurking in some quiet corner somewhere, being 'different' Lol. | |
