(no hidden meaning…just a poem LOL)

Two Lives

I used to be as cold as
Liz queen of the gloved “royal we”
faking a warm hello/goodbye
for the multitudes jacking off
to mind-numbing mediocrity
but I’ve turned in that key
stepped away from the lock
on my pre-paid tomb, the hallowed hollow
bone yard complete with an epitaph
that nearly bored me to death

The re-write
eternally more interesting will read
a woman child in life with love
uncommonly indifferent
to the scowling portraits hanging in the hall
and the inconsequential consent of one and all
she lived and died deliriously

edit....alternate last word
mysteriously
LMAO

I be chill ice forming breath
Chilled cold untouched frozen core within
Blanket snow warmth of you

Snow melts steam within your glow
Lake of waters dance upon shore
She the Sun,the Risen flows

Re-write:

eternally More interesting will read

a man simple be the one held HIS child . ren
He lived uncommon yet differant for childs he holds
the scowling, the take back one step hang within thier walls

Father WHY make me my child so doth ask
Reply from father :I WANT YOU MORE than Me

Innocence of a child s lost in incentquential sence
Parenting IS Consentual 2 both that want the same

Years after waters edge freeze, frozen core
PARENTING needs ONE advice...
I get that every day...

Re: write

My sons arms round me
MY daughters smile
You want SIMPLE?

Simply LOVE YOUR Child

there ARE NO magical keys to life
LIFE EXISTS
if you allow yourself life

by the way...internet sucks :)

Hello 1000years....the last couple of poems that include my name and finger painting feel a bit too personal from someone I am completely unfamiliar with. I am not comfortable with that.

The walls, thick as a brick
Tull it was, Tull it is

The poet and the painter casting shadows on the water --
As the sun plays on, the infantry returning from the sea.
The do-er and the thinker: no allowance for the other --
As the failing light illuminates the mercenary’s creed.
The home fire burning: the kettle almost boiling --
But the master of the house is far away.
The horses stamping -- their warm breath clouding
In the sharp and frosty morning of the day.
And the poet lifts his pen while the soldier sheaths his sword.

And the youngest of the family is moving with authority.
Building castles by the sea, he dares the tardy tide to wash them all aside.

When my mind stampedes
beyond the stockade
rising on a heat-wave
through hell’s gate
ahead of the wind
Pegasus rears
trampling tedium into the ground
the slipstream shakes free of the mane
a starry pigment streaking the sky
when I write, when I paint, I can fly
past army ants and cell bound drones
in the empirical night
the walls come down

Sophia the whole poem reads as a wonderful story or epic. I see the cliffs of Ireland from the movie Ryan's Daughter in this one.

Eliza...
I like the carnivore impression
That you leave under my skin
The secret we don’t mention
Though it’s closin in

Pillow Talk

I never sleep alone
the polished sheets so like your skin
a parachute free lofting into tomorrow
we dream in tandem, you and I
an eagle coupling in the back allies of
a new moon, the pillow records
our tangled flight, the rewind
button at the tip of my tongue
you are there and I never sleep alone

snot wasn't kiddin, darlin
your word pictures are brushed beautifully nowdays :D

chicken is spinnin on the rotisserie
the crap that came with the hypo sucked so we through it away
made our own dang sauce
then shot that fat hen up
I'm about to turn it down from 400
don't want the butter drippin down in the pan burnin
gonna dump it in the stove top stuffing
turn a box of dry bread into a tasteful cuisine

the butter and herbs spin around like tear drops that never fall
leave streaks around the chicken
yanno a capon is a c0ck with cut off balls
I ate one once...but, I'd been drinkin

great writing yoko..

Sophia, I'm nodding with everyone else....you're extraordinary lately...

paper

put it down
on paper
so later,
privately
they tread
with masterful
intent
upon my interior
I will run
my fingers
along the letters,
think of your hands
and shiver

If I may without offence write a touch of thought...

The growth of mind adjust I beleive
Setting ones focus to focus is not as all agree
Sunsets grow dim, shadows group as night falls
This I beleive...

Open new the page of life
Sand on beaches walk
Toes tickled in sands dream

Ocean waves carry imagination
Skies dream to starry nights
Winds carry sounds some as silent as they fall

Letters in a bottle better sent in sands lost in time
