I have observed a variation of this. Men are supposed to accept a few extra lbs on a woman or a lack of a manicure/pedicure but let a man have any kind of pot belly or some hair on his back and he gets a great big "EEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW". | |

Ahhhhh, yes! He said that being with me was like being in a time warp because we would talk and have no clue how much time had passed...until the sun came up. I felt exactly the same way about him.

I am spoiled, I admit to it. I've had it once, and I want it again.
What he has in material things is unimportant because they are just "things" and we can accumulate them together. I have a house, if he has an apartment, he can live with me. but I think its better to start over where there are not constant memories for either of us. Even if they are good memories. Bringing a lot of debt into a new union can do nothing but eventually cause heartache, unless you find someone with unlimited income who likes paying old bills. | |

I would hope my future someone has the forethought to plan for a healthy future together. Works out (on occasion) pays their bills on time and has a good relationship with their family.
