| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 7/22/2007 8:01:55 PM | I would put snuggling ahead of the iPhone....I tried snuggling with my iPhone...didn't work out to well.
Me personally, I love to cuddle/snuggle. I think it is the best feeling in the world holding that one person you really care about in your arms and falling asleep with them. An emo moment here, but I've only had one significant other and it was allways like time stood still while holding her. An indescribeable feeling that I would love to have back.
Okay, now carry on with the snuggling plans and iPhone chat.

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 7/22/2007 8:17:14 PM | | I love cuddles but I don't think I could pay for them. I have to like the person first before I'm that close to them. I can snuggle with someone I have no attraction to, but not someone I don't know very well/at all. | |

You did try vibrator mode, didn't you? Ok, did you try having a 'five-some' in conference call mode?
Snuggling as the equivalent of the iPhone is kinda like geeks or BBW's being the new sex symbols. Not gonna happen. But dream on anyway.

Everyone is talking about snuggling as foreplay.....I enjoy snuggling/spooning AFTER sex.

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 10/22/2007 1:26:21 PM | Here's an interesting fact...
Affection and touching increase the growth of neural connections thus allowing you to become smarter. The converse can potentially result as well. Recent theories on aging suggest that because the elderly often get into situations where they are not touched daily it exacerbates any cognitive difficulties.
For your own good, get some touch NOW! :)

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 1/4/2009 4:31:13 PM | Ha! I went to the Cuddle Party website and it's hilarious but really a great idea! I've seen a lot of posts saying that women don't like to snuggle because men use it as a means of getting into their pants, but I've found that several of my female friends aren't averse to it at all and don't even consider any sexual connotation in snuggling/spooning. That's just my 2 cents.
Love the "ladling" reference, too! My best friend spoons so much we call her Spooner and she calls my roommate Ladle!

How does the iPhone fit into all this? I thought that was something people hacked.
I think he means that the snuggling as the best thing since sliced bread but the OP is using the new iPhone analogy version.
I just got the iPhone 3G 16gb version. Cost me $300 and 2 year contract. I also have a Blackberry from before. I did hack mine right away. This might sound silly but people treat the iPhone like a celebrity. If I'm at a club or bar and a whip out the Iphone (I'm always messing with it this thing has EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING!) and people right away start saying things like, "ohh look at who has the the iPhone! Ooooo" and they come over, girls ask to see it, ask me to show them it. I have all these crazy party trick apps on it.
I have one app that's a lighter that moves the flame how I move the phone. I have another that people love, it's called iPint and iBeer it looks like you are drinking beer from it. You can use it as an opener easily. I could do some magic tricks with it too.
Sounds cheesy but it's true. I get it sometimes with my tattoos also though. People make a huge fuss over the iPhone so much that I thought it was too much attention and thought about returning it. But I've gotten addicted to it. It has an app to help you find your parked car, pick a restaurant, setup a grocery list, GPS is great, it's got everything.

Sorry went off on tangent there lol. I feel wierd cuddling with someone unless it's a girlfriend or potential girlfriend

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 1/4/2009 6:10:15 PM | Interesting subject...I've actually experienced this a few times. I had a close female friend who on occasion would sleep with me and just snuggle...we never engaged in any sexual activity. Another very young girl who often talks to me at work needed me to take her home because she drank too much. We slept together with no sex as well. With this girl I did ask for clarification as she started snuggling up. She snuggled in a very intimate way which made me question her intent. She said she just wanted to snuggle and feel safe in my arms though. With the clarification I had no problem just enjoying holding her. It actually felt really good since I hadn't been in a real relationship in awhile. | |

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 1/5/2009 6:28:58 PM | I'll admit that it was a bit uncomfortable at first because of the sexual confusion...as in; does she really want me to make a move? If I DO will she get upset and think I'm a pig? If I don't will she be disappointed and think I'm a wuss? I chose to just cuddle, and it was amazing...I feel much closer to her now and although I had never thought of dating her...if she wanted to date I would consider it. To explain the previous statement, I have to say that this girl has a fantastic body but a very plain face...I tend to go for the pretty face and focus less on the body when I consider a mate. | |

| Snuggling: the new Iphone? Posted: 1/5/2009 6:58:04 PM | There are cuddle parties out there. Same idea you're meaning. Groups of people get together for non-sexual cuddling with one or more people and that's all. You must ask before you cuddle anyone and all that jazz. You get kicked out if you're there for sexual purposes, or if you attempt anything.
And it's FREE.
