| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 4:09:08 PM | | I guess in a perfect world we would all have wonderful bodies. But the world is not perfect and hey if we pick up a scar or two along the way ,it just means we lived life. I for one never gave stretch marks a second thought. For all those that cant stand them, my question is. Do you love your mother ? | |

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 5:21:55 PM | | Every one can't be blessed with hot body like mine so take it easy on these ladies. And lots of women who have never had children have busted guts and cottage cheese thighs. Get to gym ladies...you and your men will be happier. | |

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 6:14:31 PM | I think Buttons hit the nail on the head.
BTw, switch "stretch marks" with "crooked teeth" and watch the 'inner beauty' crowd run for the hills. Or, beer bellies, baldness, short guys, etc...
We like what we like, no right or wrong about it.

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 6:37:16 PM | Most women after child birth have stretch marks...Men are looking for more than a body in bed...they have come a long way lol believe it or not.
Give him a chance, most don’t worry about that stuff. They have their own things to worry about! Keeping it up, pleasing you, making sure he doesn’t cum before you do ... trust me he’s not worried about a few stretch marks.
Just enjoy your man. | |

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 6:53:03 PM | All I care about is the body in bed. Her mind can't get me off! I have slept with women with kids that did not have bodies that looked like shit though. It is not that hard to bounce back.

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 9:50:56 PM | First of all, you shouldnt be worried what you look like, because maybe he is just as worried about how he will look to you. If you get one of the jerks who thinks hes gods gift, be glad to be rid of him, he's not worth your time. I simply say, if you dont like it, don't look, bye bye.... | |

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/4/2009 9:55:32 PM | the post before mine is of what I speak.....bet it isnt as great as he would like to think it is.... | |

| single mom body issues Posted: 8/5/2009 2:52:18 PM | | I don't really think it bothers men. So many women have the same issues as yourself. I was blessed with great skin and never got any after 2 kids. Just don't think about it and go with the flow. | |

That's fair enough.
Not all mommy bodies are equal. (Just like not all bodies of any type are equal.) Sometimes it's an issue, sometimes it's not. If a woman gets her "battle scars" having my children, I think I'd be much more forgiving of them than if not. That's the breaks, Ladies.

I have a question for men out there who have been with single moms...does the fact that our bodies have been changed forever by having a child turn you off? I am newly dating again and my beautiful little girl left her signature by the way of stretch marks on my belly and chest. I am worried that it could be a deal breaker for the men I choose to become sexually active with. Ladies, any thoughts too? Tanning makes them very minimal.
