Whoa...Holy Crap. For a minute I thought for sure you were obviously describing yourself 'til I noticed "looking for hot GUY". But then again...Still you?

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/14/2009 1:04:19 AM | | Not sure what guys you are talking to, but I never wanted an older woman when I was under 25. That is a pretty blanketing stereotype to make. | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar - Everyone deserves one too. Posted: 6/14/2009 4:10:51 AM | actually older woman younger man makes more since, think about it women usually outlive men by 15 - 20 years, so if a woman dates a man 15 - 20 years younger they will die within days of each other. | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/14/2009 7:38:40 AM | haha this reminds me of something my daughter's bf's friends said, now that I'm a noni (grandma) and a young one at that, they said now instead of being a M-I-L-F I'm a G-I-L-F lol
my daughter was mortified but I got a good chuckle out of it.
But personally, the younger men that have pursued me have been extremely sweet and understanding when I let them down. Maybe it is the way I let them down. I do it with kindness and with humility letting them know how flattered I am. Not like I'm some snob who couldn't be bothered (not that you do that OP, I'm just saying)
As for me my cut off would be 35 only because many (not all) men do mature later as far as settling down and living a slower paced life. They have also had more knocks and life experience at that age.
But I would certainly never ever pass judgment on anyone else whatever their prefs are.
It is a good topic though. The Cougar mentality is definitely alive and well!

Women usually do outlive men. But not by 15-20 yrs. It is about 5-7 yrs. In the United States, the average life expectancy for men is 75. For women it is 81.

| Everyone Wants a Cougar - Everyone deserves one too. Posted: 6/15/2009 1:24:12 AM | Honestly, I've always been interested in older women because I enjoy the prospect of learning about life from them. The experience in certain key areas is there.
And also because women around 18-23 get on my nerves with their "DGAF" attitudes.

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/15/2009 3:53:58 PM | | NEVER was interested in a COUGAR (old woman)!! Give me a LIONESS (young woman)! What's the fascination with this "cougar stuff" anyway? | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/15/2009 4:18:00 PM | | I'm 37 and I am only attracted to younger guys..guys over 3o seem old to me.. I guess I still feel like I'm 25.. Its not an ego boost.. I consider myself young and fresh.. Ill take a guy in affliction t shirt and true religions over a guy in a striped polo shirt with lee jeans.. Guys over 30 start dressing like there father.. lose the corvette and buy a new wardrobe!!! | |
|
| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/15/2009 4:42:43 PM | The truth is that the younger days that I have dated are only entertaining for a few weeks.. I would like a meaningful relationship.. if that means lee jeans I guess I could hang.. but I'm not a cougar.. cougars are over 40!! so I got a few years before I can have that title.. | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/16/2009 12:18:33 AM | Funny topic..'everyone wants a cougar'..
...my ex wife left me for a younger guy...she was 34 and he was 23....and this was about 7 years ago...they're not married yet, but she's had two kids w/him since our divorce was finalized just about 4 years ago.
Guess he liked the fact that she was not only OLDER..but also MARRIED..and because she was spoiled and didn't believe in marriage vows, as well as honesty and open communication...

Why you hating on dudes w/a Corvette? :)
Ok..I'll admit, a good % of those who own a 'vette' are going through some mid-life crisis, but some of us actually like to own one of this countries most beloved and Iconic Sports Cars that, for 1/3 the cost of its high-end exotic counterparts, will either hand them their asses on their own gold-plated serving platter, or earn their respect by holding its own out on the race track!
Matter of fact, everyone that I know who owns a Vette that is newer then the 05' model is UNDER 30...so, they're going through some mid-life crisis.

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/17/2009 5:43:00 PM | THANK YOU! I am 55 yrs old and i have guys younger than my sons hitting on me on my space and here. some of them get very vulgar even when you politely tell them that you are not into men their age. i finally put a caption on myspace that says, "Lets get one thing straight, I am not a MILF or a COUGAR.....GOT IT!!!!!" and i still got one last week that is younger than my youngest son, who is 28, and he tried to argue with me. I finally told him that I have already raised 5 sons and don't need another one and that if he didn't go away and leave me alone, i'm gonna come to his house and give him the whipping that his mother should have. then i blocked him | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/17/2009 6:23:18 PM | Well at the ripe old age of 34, I just can't see myself being involved with someone under 30. You know what happens ladies, you date a guy half your age and think it's great till he leaves you for someone half HIS age, lol. Really, what's the point of even going there? Besides, I like a nice laid back quiet lifestyle; young men like to party too much. | |
|
| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/17/2009 7:03:57 PM | | Hmm I'm almost 32 , I dunno If I could "DATE" much younger . Sex is one thing.. but to actual have a relationship. I have a very young appearance and attract mostly young men 19-23. I admit that I do prefer how younger guys dress.. most older men stop caring and look slouchy .. which is fine around the house or camping wtv. But I have a fun appearance and prefer to be with someone with the same look. | |

| Everyone Wants a Cougar Posted: 6/18/2009 10:22:03 AM | I never dated a couger just had sex, and it was fun, sex is allways fun no matter how old. and you greek goddess ever think that maybe those guys might just look as young as you??
