| Why do women post pictures of their breasts in thier profile?

why do some showcase themselves when they don't even look all that great?
Taste varies--who is to decide what looks great and what doesn't? I have seen women whom I consider to be unattractive on the lists of many, many men--because she is showing what you term:
droopy...not firm....no tan.... bad lingerie picked etc.... just in poor taste.
Obviously, my opinion--and yours--doesn't count.
Um, and why are you hung up on tanned skin? Some of us are extremely fair and only burn when we are in the sun; we prefer pale skin to skin cancer.
On POF, as with other venues, we don't have to view profiles that we find offensive. I like to look at profiles of both men and women; it is like sitting on a bench watching people walk by. Often, I see pictures and profile blurbs that cry out for a bit of advice, but most often, silence is better because of the subjectivity. | |

Has this subject hit upon a sensitive area? Oh my goodness, don't shoot the messenger... We will all be older someday.... and I am a very very wise 38 year old woman

but if the picture has nothing but breasts poking around.. they're just using their body to try and attract the man.. which is pathetic.
exploiting yourself like that just to attract a man (and usually the wrong man) is not going to get any or very few decent replies!

i seen one profile picture a week back of a woman who was topless, she was laid on her back with knickers on and i could quite clearly see her boobs tho i couldnt clearly see her nipples.
no doubt either her picture or her profile will have been deleted by now.............some women can get so jealous....................lol | |

I like to see the fine lines of a woman, large or small.

Posted: 5/18/2008 9:28:55 AM | My general rule is I don't complain about the actions of someone else unless it effects me somehow....as I stated above in prior post one of the growing problems with sexy body shots is that it is becoming expected and some men will get an "intimidating air about them" in asking you for a naughty pic....I've had this happen many times ...I suppose the real issue at hand is are men respectful of the women who choose not to show a lot of skin up front...do they politely ask and move on or do they need to make snide cutting remarks about the lady that wouldn't show them some skin?
I am a person not an object....a good rule to live by is everything in moderation....and too much of any thing can tip the scale and create an imbalance...man cannot live by sex alone...he can multiply, but he cannot survive on sex and naughty pics alone... | |
