Everyone presumably knows when it's 'all in fun, playful, etc.' However, I feel for guys who can be assaulted, and then if they try to defend themselves, get away, etc. they are often not beleived. For those people who work around or have kids, what do we say to those children. "It's never okay to hit", so now talking to an adult "It's never okay to physically hurt someone!" Whether that person is a man or woman, no one has a right to abuse another person. If you can't keep your anger in check, and you lash out at someone. YOU are the one that needs help to keep your anger in control. Understand I'm not saying that you personally have done this, it's a general you. As adults this behavior is unacceptable. | |

Most men physically are stronger then women hence, they should not go there. Women you know this so you should not go there.
All in all keep your hands to yourself if you are angry. Never lose your cool, it shows the other has gotten the better of you. | |

I don't touch women in that way, if one is actually that stupid to try it with me, well now, a fast Donkey Punch and that game is over.
You see, the reason women DO hit men is because they find so many wimp-ass men.
Personal Responsibility, you do the deed, you get repaid in kind.
Trust me, won't take but once, they will soon decide it is not "economical" to smack me anymore. | |

My late husband never hit not even once although there were brat attacks that warranted it. I told him when we first married that if he ever hit me, he better never ever go to sleep again because he wouldn't live to see the morning

and why was the cloned one deleted so far after the fact? perhaps it took them that long to find it and see all the swear words that had crept into it.
by the way, i would highly recommend the two posters above me keep a low profile here or else this one might go too! (giggle)
i do wish to say the other thread did lead to some reflections and if it wasn't for you two hammering your points home, i might not have gotten to see just how we push and push until the anger grows....sort of like how violence happens often.
and, for the record - no, it's not ok at all for anyone to hit another, whether man or woman, animal, child, elderly, and especially not the people you claim to love! | |

If a woman hits him, he is to let the law take care of her.....not beat her. look at what all happened to my brother john, his so called woman ran his car into a tree over and over so it wouldnt run anymore...the only car he had, hit him repeateadly..damn near on daily basis, poisioned him, and many other things, I never once told him to hit her. I told him to prosecute her and leave her. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle things John. hitting the female is not the answer. however it will give you more trouble than u wanted.....jail time. just when you think you're mad enough cuase some little woman hit ya... well just wait and see how mad you get when ur on your way to jail all because you chose to handle situation the wrong way. now i did not come here to fight with you John, nor am I going to. I am trying to make a point to you and other men like you who would hit a female. save yourself the grief of jailtime and do things the right way. I am not mad at you John, and the other thread well I ended things on it as well. I only answered here because I was impressed with skjoldhus's post.
The answer to your question why should she not be treated like a man if she is gonna act like one..........because she aint one and it will cause you jail time. thats why. acting like and being one are too different things.
