Posted: 9/25/2007 7:23:17 PM | Unless it is really cold out, I sleep naked. I get tangled enough in my sheets as it is, if I were to wear clothes, I'd probably strangle myself.
Of course, if it gets really cold, I climb into polar fleece pajamas. It's the next best thing. | |

Posted: 9/26/2007 11:53:52 PM | For those people that do not prefer to sleep naked.... Go out and buy a good set of 700+ thread count sheets and give it another try... When your sheets are more than 3 times as comfortable / soft / smooth as your clothes you may change your mind...
On a practical note if you are concerned about having to jump out of bed at a moments notice to check on toddler / infant you do not want to have to get dressed first. (Keeping a good robe by the side of the bed might be a good idea)
I can also see how sleeping nude could be quite awkward if you have young children who occasionally come join mommy and daddy during the night...
About a year ago the neighbors house burned down and I found myself a little annoyed at the extra 20 seconds or so I took to put some clothes on before running out the door responding... (Fortunately everyone got out safely...) | |

Posted: 9/27/2007 12:04:12 AM | Maybe it's an innate ( inborn) trait to want to sleep naked....after all we came into the world that way and for most of us the first thing we felt was the warm skin of another. A part of a bonding process that maybe we haven't forgotten deep in the backs of our minds :)
