| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 12:08:35 AM | | Oh totally have o sleep naked, with and without my partner. I feel that clothes are way too restrictive when I am trying to have a nice comfortable sleep. I have slept naked for so long it feels wierd when I have to sleep clothed. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 12:17:43 AM | I cannot do this mainly because I have these unreasonable fears that if a fire started or I had to leave the house quickly in the middle of the night, I would be naked....and embarassed. Although, after sex, it is good to lay in each other's arms naked, after the other person falls asleep, (which is usually fast LOL) I almost always throw on a long tshirt. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 12:36:11 AM | the only time i don't sleep naked is if i am drunk and sleeping on a couch at someones place, even then its only in my jocks so its 95% nude

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 2:01:18 AM | | Personally I get too cold if I sleep naked especially nearer morning so I've never managed to sleep naked all night. I have managed to sleep partially naked once , but woke up from a nightmare where my mum was pulling the blanket away slowly. Luckily it was just my blanket falling over the side of the bed and pulling on me slowly as it slid down, and there was no one there. | |

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 4:08:00 AM | NOT A REPLY!!!!!

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 4:10:29 AM | | that's why you have somethin like sweat pants and a tank top, actually, just something you can slip on in a second, laying close by | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 4:53:32 AM | When sleeping either with my partner or by myself I generally tend to keep just a pair of boxers on. I just find it more comfortable for myself.
HOWEVER if some point through the night the partner and I decide to have a little fun after it's all over the boxers tend to stay off and we normally fall asleep completly naked and stay that way until morning.

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/2/2007 12:23:59 PM | Last year, a friend encouraged me to start sleeping naked even though I really didn't want to. Mind you, he's just a friend; we've never slept together so he had nothing to gain from me sleeping naked. "If you don't like it, Hon, you can get up and put your nightie back on," he said. So I tried it. And I LOVE it! The only times I've slept in anything since is if I have company (like my daughter or grandkids) or once when I was sick and needed my soft, pink, long-sleeved, flannel gown to make me feel better.
Try it! You'll like it! And if you don't, you can put your jammies back on!

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 7:34:09 AM | | I go naked all the time, except when my kids are with me. Just in case a little sleepyhead wanders into the bedroom in the middle of the night. The rest of the time, whatever time of year, naked is the way to go! | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 7:58:32 AM | | Its all about comfort, whatever is comfortable depending on where you are. The rest is a secret. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 9:21:11 AM | | I didn't know there was any other way! | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 9:39:57 AM | Deffo the only way to go! Why put clothes on to go to bed?? Sleeping naked is far more comfortable!! | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 9:53:28 AM | | Sunscreen Angel and goodquestion... if your children grew up seeing you naked from birth, or saw that you were comfortable with your body being naked in front of them, how would they know any different? How would they know that this isn't what everyone else does? I grew up seeing my parents naked... both of them, mom AND dad. Hell... nudity isn't any big whoop in our family. It has become a big deal because Western society has sexualized the human body. If we stop seeing nudity and equating it with sex, then more people would be far more comfortable being naked. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 10:18:50 AM | | i too sleep in the buff, and i wouldn't have it any other way, if clothing wasn't absolutely necessary in our society, i'd go nude all the time, but that doesn't mean i'm gonna join some nudist colony or something of that sort. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 11:42:06 AM | | My doctor is a nudist, I went to his house for a tetnass shot I think, Country doctor so he's good that way. He and his wife were clothed, Daughters were not, I found it kinda strange, a bit uncomfortable. To each their own I guess. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 11:47:20 AM | I sleep in the buff all year. In this heat- EVERYONE should be doing it. To sleep naked beside a man - who you just have made love too. Sleeping all night- touching eachotherseet, feeling them lye beside you is the ultimate! sierra~ | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 2:46:58 PM | | sometimes I do and sometime I don't ...but it is liberating letting parts dangle wherever they may instead of being restained by the clothes we wear. | |

I agree 100% with you.
I grew up seeing my parents naked... both of them, mom AND dad. Hell... nudity isn't any big whoop in our family. It has become a big deal because Western society has sexualized the human body. If we stop seeing nudity and equating it with sex, then more people would be far more comfortable being naked. I also argree with this.
OTAgain no 1 bby let me try to clarify I do not object to this at all you are right on all accounts. I simply said I myself would be uncomfortable being and meaning myself in front of my children but like I said I do not have any. You are right about equating nudity with sex they should not be combined however it is the world we live in that promotes this.

| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 5:26:37 PM | | Two thumbs up for sleeping naked...specially with the temps in the east such as they have been lately | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 8:16:28 PM | | I always sleep naked - there's no other way! :) | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 10:05:25 PM | Naked is the way to go for comfort's sake, except when visiting elsewhere. Just keep that housecoat next to the bed in case of that fire. hmmm...unless dreaming about that drop-dead hot fireman, then forget the housecoat! But if I had kids, I think I'd learn to don a very light long shirt, just seems to me to be the thing to do. Guess its in the upbringing. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 10:17:59 PM | Always had to sleep in jammies when the kids were little in case of nightmares (theirs - not mine), and now that they're grown & gone I'd love to explore it more. Only problem is, everytime I get comfy sleeping nekid for a few weeks, the darn kid (now 20) moves back home and the jammies must come back out of the drawer. | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/3/2007 11:19:39 PM | | I dont like to sleep naked all the time...Though If i've just had sex with a SO then yes...i would consider just rolling over and goin to sleep. I love cuddling naked with a SO...but not doin it by myself, just doesnt feelcomfortable | |
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/4/2007 12:03:22 AM | I did sleep naked at one time, but then my blanket filed a lawsuit against me. Now I am required to wear at least three articles of clothing by law.
My blanket is such a lesbian.
| Sleeping naked Posted: 8/4/2007 12:12:34 AM | | I wear clothes all day long, so it's nice for a change to sleep naked. | |
