| Shrimp & Grits, The Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival Sept 14th Posted: 9/8/2007 2:36:03 PM | There are always a few problems with new events. And I have not been, but the advertizement seems to indicate, shrimp and grits and other meals with shrimp included. Not sure what wil be sold in quanities to take home?? But if we sit around the house and don't get out, what is the real problem. | |

Anyway.. I have the whole weekend off... now just to decide.. to go or NOT to go.. that is the question????????

| Shrimp & Grits, The Wild Georgia Shrimp Festival Sept 14th Posted: 6/22/2008 9:56:51 PM | I went last year also. It was disappointing to be at the shrimp festival without being able to buy shrimp. The only way to get shrimp, was if you entered the shrimp eating contest. They should have had shrimp prepared different ways. Haven't they watched the movie "Forest Gump".
A big plate of fried shrimp would have been good!!!
