| WHY are you guys so QUIET when you have sex? Moan for me! Posted: 8/14/2007 2:44:54 PM | Amen!
Personally, I'd assume the quieter a guy is the less he must be enjoying the experience. I am not a huge sex fiend myself, but the ones who just hold their breath and grunt a few times at the end are the worst! It seems so remedial and auto-erotic in a childish way. Learning to breath regularly (and vocalize & verbalize) is a great way to enhance and extend orgasm, a fact that's been around for hundreds of years. Sure I guess some people are the silent "asphyxiation" type. But I'm sick of being the only one who shows signs of pleasure (other than the obvious climax) during the entire experience. Boooooooring.
If I wanted it to be about me All the time, maybe I'd except that. But I'm into mutual satisfaction most of the time and I need to know the guy is "with me", you know? Any guy who's experienced the "positive feedback mechanism" with his partner should know better. Also I think having a connection in other aspects of the relationship helps too (for me anyway).
Thanks for having the "balls" to start this thread!

I always let a guy know before or sometime during our first time having sex, that I love it when he makes noises. I usually 'remind' him during and I ask him to just TRY to make noise. Some are good and noisy for me. Even when they just give me a little grunt, it drives me wild and that usually gets them making more noise... But WHY do I have to ask? Doesn't it feel better to you when you moan?
I'll keep that in mind if I ever have sex. Since you need a partner for that, and I have none, I guess it won't be for a long time.

| WHY are you guys so QUIET when you have sex? Moan for me! Posted: 8/14/2007 5:40:17 PM | I like to be told what a girl likes but sorry, if I am not a moaner than you really can't expect me to fake moaning. It's certainly not because I am not enjoying myself, I think it's generally pretty obvious that I am but I am just not a moaner myself. I find it easier to talk dirty while having sex then to moan. Some women are put off by that so to tell them to talk dirty to me would be like them telling me to moan. I don't however, feel it's bad for a girl to tell me what she is in to because I would tell her what I like. Not everyone is the same so we might not always enjoy the same things during sex, but I do think we can both find common ground and make fireworks still. Take what you each have in common and build on that. WHo knows, you might find the guy moaning and his toes curling without even asking | |

| WHY are you guys so QUIET when you have sex? Moan for me! Posted: 8/14/2007 5:52:51 PM | It's not the fact that we have to be validated with a simple moan, it's just that most guys enjoy hearing us when we are enjoying it and by dang we like hearing how well you like it too...don't just hold your breathe and give a few grunts at the end (as was previously mentioned) let it out dang it!!
When its necessary to be quiet, children or guests in the home for instance, then yes by all means tone it down a bit. But if it's just the two of you let it out, some of us ladies love that. I know i do.

That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS... you are telling HIM to moan... so YOU can feel better???
WOW!
Why dont you tie strings to his limbs so you can REALLY control him for YOUR pleasure...
freakin A!
Ever hear the term 'like screwing a dead person'? Make some noise, show us you enjoy it.
It's not about being validated in any way, but about showing signs you have a pulse. Communication...signs you're enjoying it rather than just pistoning in and out. Tell me what you like, show me, most of us would happily make it even more better. Why be a dead fish? (saying it nicely) Guys...I've heard men describing women in terms like this. Someone who just lays there and takes it, never saying a word. Not so much fun.
Growl, grunt, moan, yell, swear...Show me you like it!

Posted: 8/14/2007 8:04:46 PM | ACERACER...No, I would NEVER want a guy to FAKE a moan for me...but how difficult can it be...don't you moan when someone gives you a great massage or when you take a shower after a workout or when you fall into bed after a long day? Still, NO FAKING, Please!
Talking dirty or even love-y can do it for me too. I just like a little feedback, I guess.

| WHY are you guys so QUIET when you have sex? Moan for me! Posted: 8/14/2007 8:24:46 PM | The only time I tend to be quiet during sex, is if the sex is really realllly bad... in which case my mind just starts to wander. If the woman is like doing a dead fish then why would I want to even be there in the first place.. then again maybe if I moaned it would be like some sort of artifical life support and spur her to life. Thoughts for me to ponder for sure. | |
