Posted: 9/10/2007 9:17:53 AM | Maybe the writers and producers of TV shows thinks that the VIEWERS all have ADD or other probs that require pills, so there isn't much of an effort anymore.
I tell ya though I still can't believe that NipTuck show and how that one made it on TV.
The one scene where the Doctor gives the fugly woman a brown paper bag to wear in order to have sex with him was a shocker and other scenes. JAW dropping scenes. Well at least my friend and I had a few laughs watching it. | |

I don't really watch any new sitcoms or crime shows. There are so many different crime type shows it's mind bottling.
I watch re-runs of some sitcoms when I'm bored like Seinfeld, Mash, Taxi, Welcome Back Kotter and stuff like that.
I always watch Top Chef. And I do admit I do like to watch Bridezillas, that one is crazy funny.
I have a DVR that I record everything I like so I can watch them without the commercials. It's the only way to watch T.V. now days.
The only thing that I watch in real time is the NFL. WOOOHOOO!!! Go Skins!!! | |

There are very few shows I like to wacth anymore.. most seem very fake and have an agenda other then entertainment. They talk down to you like you have no common sense. Most of the shows I watch are on TLC, travel, history channel, but I look for the old shows mostly.. one comedy I like is grounded for life.. funny stuff.. but I think that is reruns now LOL.. | |

I missed cutting edge shows like Three's company, Cheers and Bizarre. I miss shows that i can watch and laugh my ass off. Everything now is reality shows. ugh.
DVD's are the only way i can watch the stuff i want to watch cause everything on TV now is just like top 40 music..... dull, and formulated.. nobody is taking chances anymore. | |

I like Stargate Atlantis and Battlestar Galactica for the current offerings. Boston Legal is funny. Sometimes there is sexual banter on BL but at least it's humorous and left to the imagination instead of being so overt like Gray's Anatomy.
I don't waste my time with any of the dumb reality shows. Real life is a more interesting reality show | |

I do get edited South Park. I like that. I can generally see an unedited South Park on Utube if I can catch it before it gets pulled. House is a good show. Mostly I watch the public station. I've never watched a reality show. After midnight, all channels, except public which has gone dark, show infomercials. Why the hell would someone watch a half hour tv commercial? I don't get that. But they are on, so some fools must be watching them.

I also like Project Runway and Top Chef.
Also, I am a sucker for anything to do with biographies, whether it is the show Biography or a movie based on someone's life.
I also caught Rock Doc (I think that's the name). It was about the Who. Oops, I guess that's a biography. Anyhow, it was shown on VH1 with no commercials. It seemed as though the time flew by while I was watching. I just have to dig up my CD of the Who. | |
