But hell yeah, if they made going down an olympic sport I would be a world champion! So I have been told anyway!

I will read through a thread...feel a sense of connection to posts and general attitudes ect....it's fun to read a thread where folks are doing the friendly banter and bouncing off one another... is why most of us are here, for a giggle and some sense of connectedness.
But if the thread turns semi personal with references to past history betwixt posters etc I tend to just not read on or choose to not reply...it all seems too incestious...bit like hearing the neighbours argue.
I mostly 'read' threads.... have a weird sense of invading others territory if I post...lol... and my posts tend to vanish any way...all good..:)...But to be absolutely truthful, for the sake of freedom and not to offend, as an observer I've not found the forums the most friendly of places.

I think Hating anyone or minimalising it down to something else is kinda sad. Very very few of us know each other well . We are all strangers or friends who just havent met yet... well thats how I choose to veiw it. | |

Posted: 6/10/2008 5:34:17 AM | I was just poking about on a chat room on another site when a boofhead showed up and started cornering and belittling people. The poor bugger couldn't help himself from attacking, belittling and degrading anyone who responded to him.
I had some fun with him playing the dimwit with this intellecto-nazi pr1ck. Sadly, others either shut up or left the room. It turns out he's a regular and targets the emotionally weak to get his jollies on line.
Argumentative boofheads roam the world looking for attention and making enemies wherever they go. Sometimes you do have to state your case in a healthy debate, but it's never an excuse to get personal.

Being hateful can result in being hated which can result in hating its a cycle. Some choose to drip dry some choose to spin dry some choose to hand wash their dirty linen, in public some in private.
Double entendre, innuendo, psuedo logic, or just plain bad manners by people at times can not always mean they put theyre best foot forward.
Sadly in real life or online people are falliable. Some just get emotional to I guess.
Either way its sad to think some people feel hated.
NO ONE can make you feel anything.. how you feel about it is a choice. ( thank god) | |

The damsel is still there inside me, but someone on another site where I have been entertaining the masses for a few years suggested that I let people know of my presence here. I think I confused him a little bit, so yes its still the damsel, and I`m still full of lots of information no one wants to know.. so hate me, I don`t care....... I can go around all day with a smile on my face knowing that I have entertained some, and knowing I have annoyed others. but remember, there may be someone worse than me around the corner....As long as I stick to the rules I believe I am entitled to my opinion.......Australia HAS NOT banned freedom of speech YET!
