It is a bad picture and I'm covering my chest for a reason. "How big are they" does tend to get annoying after awhile. No one's ever asked that about my eyes.
Just a possibility. Maybe your eyes are not one of your best qualities. The only reason why breasts are more likely to be thought of as sexual more than eyes is that our culture has a forbidden notion about them. They are "off limits." Even so, I've heard enough "locker room" talk that included "eyes" in the criteria.
