defineltly better sex after 30. but only for women as men are at their sexual peek (apparently) in their twenties. | |

4) For every hour of exercise give yourself 5 hours of RECOUPARATION.(when you rest you get stronger & better ,Plus, you'll like looking in the mirror more)
5) Practice with a willing, caring healthy partner.(a strong desire to express & share everything sensual is a must in choosing your special play friend/s)
