I've had fantastic sex with loved ones, and I've had fantastic sex with ones I've only lusted after.
So yes, absolutely, without a doubt, sex in my 30's has been outstanding and only seems to improve.
I think it may have to do with the ground down barriers we tend to have when we're a little younger - so many things are taboo and unsavory according to our parents, teachers and peers, so we naturally tend to go with the flow. But as are heads become less squishy and we start to think and experience things for ourselves, we start to open up to new ideas and possibilities. Not only in the sack, but in life in general.

The first was with my ex-wife and our marriage was an emotional void so the sex was understandably less than stellar. The second was someone I had known for many, many years (we took each others virginity actually) and we knew each other so well that making love was always an Olympic level event. I do not think age is as important as how you feel about your partner, what your motives are, comfort level (both with yourself and them), and of course actual physical health. Overall though I would have to say that sex is better after 30 and many of the reasons have already been stated; more experienced, more in tune with yourself, less selfish, more patience, more capacity for emotion, etc. | |

As a women gets older the sex gets better and the opposite for men. this is why you see younger men with older women and older men with younger women,and also in my opinion why there is so much divorce.Then there's an age for both men and women where sex is just thoughts .
