Posted: 2/2/2008 9:11:51 PM | like others who have replied, I was skeptical of the claims that a woman peaks in her late 30s/40s....but now I would have to agree that this is true, at least for me. I think its because as we get older we accept ourselves, appreciate everything more, and just recognize the truly important things/moments/issues much more readily as we gain more experience on the earth.

Posted: 3/5/2008 4:50:10 AM | I think when I was younger, there was much more of an emphasis on -accomplishing- the sex ... that is, the larger focus was on getting laid. Not so much on the number of partners so much as having a lot of instances of sex.
The trend through my later 20's and presently (aside from the obvious ... hey, he's on an internet dating site, so clearly Captain Sexo here doesn't have the hot-and-cold running babes ... to which I say, 'Shut up! that's why!') seemed to have the sex become ... I hate to say more collaborative or more involved ... maybe more partner-attentive? Yeah. More partner-attentive.
I mean, there got to be progressively less instances of sex, but I think that's much more a factor of how one's life progresses (kids in the house = a lot less spontaneous dating opportunity and more interruption ... more people to divide one's time and attention upon too, incompatible work schedules, more travel) then physiological change.
I also think that just the normal stresses of the age tend to be a little rougher to put aside in the early 30s. Worrying about a mortgage and getting everyone in bed on time is a little more involved than worrying about if the Women's Studies class you're sitting in is going to get out a couple minutes early so you can get to an impromptu afternoon of studying your woman, as it were.
So I think there are less instances of being able to be in a comparable mindset towards sex-in-early-30s and sex-in-early-20s, but when you can get there, it seems to be universally -better-. | |

Good will never stop...Unless you stop..... cause sadly then she stops....and then it just gets yucky then it ends...the relationship that is...then u have to start all over again!!!.......lol | |

The long answer is to explain the "coming of age" so to speak...as a woman, I feel comfortable in my skin for the first time, and have accepted that I am a sexual being...and I'm finally not afraid to admit this, and to pursue what I want.

As others have said, it gets a whole lot better when you learn that it's not about getting certain things done, like tasks. If you and your partner get to that point where you're "reading" each other then it is much more enjoyable. anyway, i find sex after 30 is MUCH better than before. now im not even 26 yet, but i have and prefer to date women in early to mid-30s (as far as know this is best range for women in all life's aspects) and yes they are actually good in bed, far better than women that ive dated who are under 30. | |
