The good ones want someone who can be herself and knows what loving him according to his needs is all about. Oh, and a human being he can respect.

Some guys are just never satisfied. I could've brought my ex all the riches in the world and he still would've ran me into the ground 24/7. SO I don't think its what men want in general. You just have to wait until you come along a guy that loves you for everything you are....and aren't. | |

It used to be that a wife had a particular role in terms of being a life partner, today most women just don't offer what men used to benefit from in marriage and coupling.
However the economics just don't add up. All the women working today just don't create enough employment. It appears to be simple a matter of supply and demand. Since the 60s there have been twice as many people looking for the same number or relative ratio of jobs. So wages have adjusted such that life demands a double average income. Alas, even women whom would like to be stay at home wives and mothers have no choice but to work as much as possible.
However there in lies the problem. For example; a recent artical in the Montreal Gazette detailed a study that indicted that while there are more than 50% female medical students in university now, ... female doctors only provide a 70% return on the investment of subsidized univiersities compared to male medial students/doctors - due to time off to bear and raise children. Hence the establishment is scrambling to accomadate this impending shortage of medical services - at a significantly increased cost.
the moral of the story appears to be that regardless of the rationalization - the math indicates that women simply don' want to be wives or mothers. It's a real problem but - politicaly incorrect to merely discuss. (shrug)
At this rate, .... the feminist movement will be responsible for the extinction of western civilization. ie .... The future of the world belongs to the islamic, oriental and other so called enthic racial populations.

Don't **** and complain about everything under the sun, don't ask him "whats wrong" every time he is quiet for more than five minutes, after you take a shower or bath...give him a subtle "accidental" teaser view while you towel off, smile and agree alot (if only he really knew what you thought), if you don't feel like having sex...do it anyway, or use your imagination to "please" him, don't nag about his ex and the **** that she probably really is, GIVE HIM SPACE, cook him dinner (atleast a couple of nights a week), call him every once in a while....but not too much, Let him "check out other chicks", and compliment him on his good "taste", Give him a guys night when he needs it, act like you enjoy watching Sports Center, Act like you enjoy picking up his laundry when he just leaves it lying around on the floor, help him with his laundry, don't flirt too much with his friends, be passive, let him think he is in control..............
I could go on and on............this is a no brainer here......Basically put your brain on "Man mode" and think like a man......
Simple.
Yea right AMES.... I did all that and he left me for another woman... Lesson learned. | |

Each male perceives each of those qualities differently. I could break down each one, but my version would always be different. For example: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. While most of us have a general consensus of what is beauty on average -- the individual preferences are vast. | |

One who understands that this physical life is but a small part of a much bigger experience called "the non-physical universe", and who hopefully has some life experiences that we can share, for example.
I too want an individual, a woman who has dropped fitting into 'common culture' (common here means vulgar.... as in the type of garbage promoted by our very own entertainment industry for the sole purpose of the continued "dumbing down of humanity".)
Someone who is actually intelligent, which means I can converse and use words and phrases that I will not have to pull out a dictionary for her after every paragraph I speak.
Intelligence by the way to me, has little or nothing to do with any school of learning. Life is a school, and it is forever- as long as you participate, each new day brings new learning opportunities.
Someone who speaks more than one language, and uses them well in her conversations (street talk and gutter mouth is not a language, sorry. Some people do not want to self educate, and humanity will never change. Give it 10,000 and we will come back to this discussion- that's years by the way.)
And many of the well placed points that many have already said- sans the beer though, because I gave up alcohol or control behaviors, hee haw, mardi graw. And now you know the rest of my story, well, part of it anyway...page 2?

Here are the guidelines:
1. Men want a fun and exciting (female) companion.
2. Men want great sex (consistent, frequent, and passionate lovemaking score high with men).
3. Men want to share meals with their woman companion (especially when she cooks for him).
4. Men want you to support them in their work and boost their confidence.
5. Men want you to look great, keep in shape, and express confidence about your body.
6. Men want you to listen to them and treat them with respect.
7. Men need private time, to unwind, to engage in sports and hobbies, and to spend time with other men.
How true is this?????
