I saw a study...

Not so long ago, it was taken as scientific fact that it was impossible for women to have orgasms. Also, the term "hysteria" literally means "disease of the womb" because it was also taken as scientific fact that female sexual organs caused psychosomatic illnesses.

My point is, that these sorts of "studies" are complete bunk. If anyone would be foolish enough to believe such nonsense, I think it says more about them than it does about a blonde or a brunette. Sheesh.

I dislike it when my hair gets blonde streaks in it at the end of summer and prefer my natural, chocolate brown hair. Because my hair is finer, it means it's unhealthy when it's blonder--time for a cut and colour! However, that's only because my hair looks best and healthiest when it's brown.

Actually, the whole "dumb blonde" myth is a traditional and overt method of subordinating women and an attempt to weaken feminine sexual and intellectual power. (Any way they can for some, huh?) Unfortunately, it also actually does act as as stupid test--to see if one would actually cave into the steorotype (as many do). The best thing to do when dealing with such silliness, is just to toss you beautiful locks (no matter what the colour), smile sweetly and turn your back...
