TALK ABOUT FLIRTING!"  That is bizarre . I guess that is what I must be doing wrong in my approach to dating. I should "flirt" more , but if that is how to I feel I'm of luck. In regards to IBS. I have it, my daughter does, her dad does, his mother did and my mother does > NOT ONE example of a baby size belly there or a baby elephant one. Better get the thyroid checked if that is happening, it would definitely be by something else.

^^^Talk about an air head - next time you use quotes remember which applies to which - because picking out the bits you think will make your point is quite blatenly dangerous.
I work for the health service in a high support unit caring for abused and vulnerable children, teens, homeless, addicts and alcoholics - unplanned teen pregnancies and so on - which is why when people are quick to put them down (which people do) - I will jump to their defence immediately..
REMEMBER it was you and others who condemned this lady without having background knowledge as to how this all came about...
As to my sense of humour - if I was to let it get to me every time I see a child covered in bruises or a homeless person dying from hypotermia, I wouldn't be long shooting my brains out which is why it is essential to be able to switch off soon after - does this clarify things better for you...

It is called addiction. Watched children suffer because of parents that are addicted and live in crack houses. Nothing funny about the situation at all. This is child abuse. I know of mothers have thad their babies removed at birth because they were addicted. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt and say she wasn't still not funny. She has an addiction and driving around and could kill someone.

If i knew it was going to happen like it did, i woulda fired up the BBQ she had in the patio and cooked up some steaks....
...but all i could find was the kid's alphaghetti.. and i'm not going to leave them malnutritioned. Kids need their vitamin A-Z so they can kick their Mom's ass when they pull a stunt like that again.

She wasn't honest with me the 3 times we talked on the phone and through the multiple e-mails. She seemed great but it appears that she was lying just to get a date.
Also: My profile has been called a classic by some women, although other women absolutely hate me for it because of my honesty, especially if they see themselves reflected in it. I have gotten a lot of mixed responses. Read it if you are interested!

When you met this woman and looked into her eyes you could not connect to her pain, are you kidding me. If you are genuine and a man and human you should have easily looked into her eyes and seen her pain, that is what is human about being human. You had an opprotunity to show this woman profound love and caring by emulating it from yourself. Addiction is born of frequently using a specific substance to anesthetize your brain due to pain in the brain from either current circumstances or past environmental circumstances. There is nothing selfish about living inside your mind with a tortured psyche...... they had no one to heal with to be allowed to break their connections to abuse they had no control over. These people do not want to live in this state or they would not be using substances to cope because that is the only way they know how. This woman needs help, and if you wanted to step up to the plate and be a hero in your own life you would have told her that she was getting in a taxi to go home or you would have to call the police so that she would not endanger herself or others. You would tell her that there is a way to struggle out of addiction and that her mind is in a painful place that can be healed. God has nothing to do with molecular science and addiction has damaged the hardwiring in her brain but she can rejuvenate pathways to make herself strong. I went over every statement on this topic and find that a good deal of imput by people expressing their opinions to which they have little factual knowledge to apply in decision making and therein lies the muck. Your first connection should have been to see her pain not her body that you describe as a sex object but her mind her emotional state as a hurting human woman. When you get this far as a caring being on the planet you may be ready for a long term relationship with others because you are equipped with a long term relationship with yourself. If you do not well up knowing that this is a person in severe pain but instead pass judgement on her outer abuses you are another ingrediant as to why she is in so much pain. Posted: 9/20/2007 10:08:40 AM | Self pain is not a justifcation for criminal acts such as child endangerment or drunk driving. Don't care how much she hurts, she can pick up a phone and get help in an instant many places have free services that can help. As an adult she chooses to be in this state.
I think we place too much freedom on the individual in these sorts of cases. It should be REQUIRED that others turn them in by law. | |

Take a chance and swing by her place to see if she is still fat or has a flat belly again. You can play the part of being concerned about her and doing a followup to see if she is okay. If she was pregnant and you still have concern for the child's well being, you can call social services with out leaving your name and have them send a case worker to check on the child. If she was doing pot while pregnant or not, it is still illegal to use and is grounds for her to be investigated for child abuse. | |

I'll admit that I've gotten caught up in all these posts. It sounds like you found yourself in a pretty rough situation. I feel for you & from your profile you sound like a pretty honest and straight forward guy. Hopefully your experience doesn't leave a sour taste in your mouth & you meet a girl who portrays herself accurately. I feel for the girl in your story too, but that doesn't mean that I condone what she did (if she was indeed pregnant - although it does sound like it). She is obviously not dealing well with her circumstances if she is pregnant & seeing how she had portrayed herself in her profile - as slender/athletic shows that she most likely is in some form of denial about her current circumstance & can't face the way she looks at present. Not single/ not looking what are you doing actively involved on the world largest date site? If you have a partner you need to understand the female brain and your partner should learn about the male brain. You bond with your female partner by carressing nurturance, romance, giving her intimate gifts to make her feel like your woman. A female bonds with her man when he does action stuff with her like hike, bike, moutain climb or even household activities like renovations, this is the way a guy feels horny for his woman. So after reading your profile I would say that you should focus on the relationship that you are "in",where you can both experience great bonding. Gees as for going techno freako on you arguably you may not like this but by not having conceived a child with your younger space suit and sperm you do lesson your advantages to have optimal offspring yourself, humans due have a best before date to carry and nurture their own kind. This is phenomenal rocket science and is termed evolution and we should all be aware that lurking around the corner is our own pain waiting to give us what we ordered.... a good bootie call. Addiction is alot more complex molecularly and behaviourly than a choice to be in this state. You show me someone that has been continuously hurled into destitute circumstances and I will show you a damaged person. Go have a look into the eyes of adult humans who come back from seeing desolation in action, war, famine, natural disasters and tell me that this is all choice, you need to open your mind past your own doorstep, because we could be next. And who do we turn in for the self induced and human perpetuated extinction of our own species. We are looking for clean water in Africa to keep people alive and we are driving the machine in first world countries and do not consume safe water ourselves, but we have pretty park benches and dinners and rallies and alot of beauracracy till the oil is not greasing the squeak .... something wrong when the human bodies largest ingredient is swimming amok in industrialized chemicals and propaganda... that women is in rough shape and guess what we all are..... we have not finished chomping the place up yet soooooo now I better go have another 40 ouncer and wait for the ozone to swallow me hole ( pun intended) I felt so lascivious as I wrote that haha..... | |
