~OT~ I was lurking here yesterday and came upon a woman with, ummm, rather impressive lungs  Her profile had 8 pictures of those babies for the world to see. But, the verbage in the profile contained 6 (yes, 6) paragraphs about how she was so much more than a pair of ta-tas. It has to be one of the grimmest displays of insecurity I've personally witnessed here or elsewhere.  | |

Most men are going to look at a woman who has a lot of cleavage showing so if you don't want the attention from men, simply cover up. And a woman who can't seem to understand that is the one thats uneducated. | |

Styles change also. If women today dressed as women of fashion in the 1700's with all that cleavage showing; men today would not be able to speak (from what we are reading on the board).

But to walk around in public places purposely showing everything you got, their purposely looking and starving for attention.
They will get that attention for sure, but what they wont get here is the most important thing, "Respect" and they dont deserve it either! | |

My personal favorite is when men try to look without me realising they are looking.
They are just breasts, personally I do not see the appeal-but I do so love the attention:) | |

I recently noticed a woman's profile. Her pic's seemed normal. she had a very professional look that had a mixture of power class and educated elegance...
She had obtained about 10 favs.
I stopped by a few days later to send a reply to a mail and noticed she had added a few more pic's. One of her breasts and only breast is a tasty yet revealing bra. one with her rump in the air wearing tight hipsters. then the last one of her legs up to the cut off point. at this point the fav's was up to 78. Go figure!
For myself it took away all the class and elegance, and became nothing more then cheap and easy!
Fallowed by the usual, not looking for sex and one night stands. Maturity a must. Blah blah blah..... | |

Posted: 8/17/2008 11:30:31 PM | About these photos, it's just plain cheesy and not classy for women to have photos up of themselves that were obviously taken to accentuate their chests. I'm talking about the self pics taken from the bird's eye view or bending over where you can see the boob tattoo. The same goes for the pictures of women lying on their beds (prone or supine) or in lingerie. Those types are likely just trying to elicit as much attention as possible.
I'd recommend sticking to classy women who wouldn't post such photos. They likely have more to offer and don't need to dangle any, uh, carrots to get it. | |

In asda, i was dressed nicely, a v top but not any clevage showing but the cashier looking at my boobs though it looked like i was cold and i did feel slightly uncomfortable
In the night very low top push up bra and one guy talking to me/them, and loved it lol though he went home with out phone number but was a nice feeling he liked my boobs.
Think the cashier had more of an idea what they may have looked like though
I have boobs and ok they get looked at but sometimes depends how i feel and how they are being appreciated

They know when they go out in public or post pictures on here showing as much boobage as they can get away with it is only for one thing. Attention. By acting offended they think that it makes them look less whorish. When all the time not only do they look whorish they also look stupid for trying to fool people into believing there offended. If they really found guys staring at there boobs offensive they wouldn't be so willing to show as much of them as some of them do. If a woman comes around me with most of her boobs hanging out then i am going to get my eyes full. That's what they want or they wouldn't do it.  | |

It's childish and uncivil to tempt people with something only to chastize them for looking at something in plain view. But, just because a woman has a low-cut dress doesn't mean a woman wants them stared at. A woman might be wearing something more revealing than her peers without really realizing it, maybe she subconsciously just wants the attention. Either way, someone silly enough to complain about a problem that they can easily fix but, refuse to isn't someone worth creating a relationship with but, somehow I don't think entatiki is really interested in a relationship with this woman. | |

Posted: 8/20/2008 5:44:48 AM | They get upset because fashion dictates one thing, but human nature dictates another. It would make ME uncomfortable if I were compelled to wear something that so badly affected the way so many people interacted with me subsequently.
Also, looking at boobs is set in stone as just being the result of ignorance or lecherousness, whereas actually, it's often done so that people can memorise other people's body shapes for quicker recognition - women look at other women's boobs as well without sexual intent. | |

Oh, and with me, it doesn't matter if I'm showing cleavage or not; men still stare at my breasts. And as far as someone making the comment about a poster waxing on about how she's much more than her tatas, yet has pictures showing cleavage, well, I have pictures that show cleavage, too, but there's a lot more to me than breasts as well. Unfortunately, you can't take a picture of intellect, humor, compassion, etc.
Why is it people think someone who has sex appeal and who displays it doesn't have anything else to offer or is insecure? I'm not talking about obscene here...but cleavage? Please. Women go on the beach with thongs so small they might as well be totally naked. This is a dating site; presumably we're here to attract men, and pictures is but one way to do that. Nothing wrong with being tastefully provocative, IMO.
Women who cover themselves up in an effort to prove they're not "just tatas" might be just blowing in the wind. Trust me, if he can't see what's underneath your blouse, he's imagining it. I can't speak for that poster mentioned, but I'm very secure in who I am as a person, AND as a woman, and all that I have to offer in a relationship, and am not ashamed of the fact I have sex appeal.
But on the other hand, showing cleavage does not give the viewer license to act like a moron. Tasteful, appreciative comments are one thing; talking smut or making assumptions is entirely another.

it tastefully. Nothing wrong with that. Anyone can get attention with their clothes
off, or half dressed in public. If that's the kind they want, more power to them.
It's kind of like Christmas, and the nicely wrapped packages, compared to the ones
half torn open , or shoddily wrapped. | |
