Posted: 5/20/2005 6:18:20 PM | 14 years ago i flew all the way to england on a hunch and ended up marrying the girl. unfortunately it did not work out and i am out looking again. i think now that i have a daughter i would like to find it more locally. i am maybe a bit dumb but i have no idea what a soulmate is or looks like. i hear it often and women post it on their requirement list . i guess if i was i would know.
i think i would rather travel to the ends of the earth with the right one rather than to look for that one. | |

Although its not healthy to rebound into something until you have healed from the previous, meeting other people IS the only way to find your mate..

First off, be SAFE.. make sure you know this person is ok.. second.. he's paying for your trip, but still set some guidelines.. get your own hotel so that if your not comfortable, or he is not what you expected your not stranded in a foreign place.
go with your heart.. but.. go open to this possibly not working.. if it doesnt work out, you have a great story to tell of how you flew to hawaii in search of true love. | |

I would agree to meet someone half way in a public place. As long as I have my vehicle and my money to get me out of there if I so wanted then things would be ok.
I do however check out the people I'm talking to so that I can make sure that I'm safe. I'm all my boys have. If that makes a guy uncomfortable then he's not the right guy for me.
If he understands why I'm doing it, then he is worth dating.
