I do have to comment on some other posts though LOL..............Peeing and female ejaculation/g spot orgasms are not the same thing! I'm pretty sure they aren't interchangable lol...............urge to pee before squirting, yes.......squirting while peeing, highly unlikely ;)
And second? How exactly would the urine stream stimulate the clit and result in an orgasm? Pee travels down, not up LOL.........(for women at least, i realize men COULD aim up but that's not what we're talking about here ;)....even internally, i can't imagine pee in the urethra stimulating the clit??

When uirnating, the flow comes thru the urethra which happens to be adjacent to the clitoris nerve bundles that come down from the clitoris itself. Now, all of these nerves kinda cross over each other, the extent of which does indeed vary from woman to woman. Not to go into even grosser territory, but watersports, golden showers and other nastiness like that... THEY tend to be enjoyed by women who have this sensation during urination. Sure, not always the case. Some are into it for many other reasons, but for many that is where the enjoyment begins with that... erm... behavior.
As you said, many women, in fact, on approach to an orgasm, even claim they feel like they need to pee. Heck. Down. Up. We aren't talking miles of distance in there, are we? It's all interconnected like that. | |

Although some women experience a greater sensation as they mature - usually between the ages of 30 to 45 - anything extreme or out of the ordinary should be checked. | |

It went on for almost a year until I plucked up the nerve to talk to my godmother about it. She suggested more frequent and regular masterbation, I was pretty shocked but willing to try anything at that point.
I found that it helped, she also gave me a book about female ejaculation and suggested I try the techniques. To make a long story short not only do I now have squirting orgasms but I can control the urge to orgasm when I pee. I believe in my case I have a very sensitive prominent g-spot and when I pee especially if for any reason I have been holding it for a while, the rush of the fluid stimulates my g-spot causing the orgasm.
I'm not sure if this will help you but it worked for me, I am now more in control. | |

You could be experiencing a low grade infection of either the urinary tract or possibly something to do with a yeast infection. It may be just enough to titillate at the moment but could get more serious and uncomfortable in the near future.

really? Because I have a LOT of female friends who would say the opposite; that if they get a UTI, they drink a LOT of cranberry juice and have a condensed cranberry pill every few hours every day.
When they do this, they still see a doctor to make sure, and they say that their infection has "Gone Away".
Still, I agree with you that everyone should see a doctor on this sort of thing just to make sure, but there are always natural remedies. | |

As i was saying before my oh face The doc mentioned my new non smoking medication has an extra side effect. Id like to b frank though it was kinda scary to hear that an STD can have the same effects, and im so very glad that's not the case.
Not trying to sound like an ad if u want the sensation without the ugly STD i suggest u ask ur doc for a script...... I hear it works for men too. Viagra without the urge to smoke afterwards.....
