Hot summer weather.....clean shaven, anytime i have any facial hair it's kept neat and trimmed.
How about asking the guy for a clean shaven face for the week, change things up abit.

If I shave, I have to do so twice a day to keep smart. Whereas my beard will look smart for three days. So it's more a question of time and convenience.
Giving women a rash only serves to lessen the time spent face wrestling - again, a winner!

I am not cheap or lazy with my facial hair, I take care of my facial hair. My facial hair is there because I like the way I look with it, my friends (bar one who is a freaky goth with no real sense of anything that looks good) like the way I look with it. I treat my facial hair like I treat the rest of the hair on my head, its soft because it's conditioned.
Men have facial hair. Any woman who tries to tell me I look terrible with my beard isn't going to be a happy woman. It's cut, it's clean, I've never given anyone a rash with it.
Seriously. Stop picking on us bearded folks. | |

Posted: 10/13/2007 6:39:57 PM | A few years back I wore a "soul patch" and I had mixed comments on it. But I guesse what really surprised me is how some people made their opinions known. They really said some things that were a direct insult to me personally and it went beyond the look, and really appeared as though they were attacking me personally just over that look. One girl for example a few years back said (regarding my facial hair) "only a drunk woman who has no brain and is a bum would date someone like you", and another person said "I don't like guys who look like freaks from another planet or from the getto" (again this was regarding my facial hair at the time) those are just some of the comments I received when I was wearing that look. Now, I mean everyone has preferences, but I don't see the need for someone to insult me that bad, and judge my whole character just by how I wore my facial hair.
It's comments like what those two "ladies" made, that really get to me, and I wish they wouldn't , and I get a hard time trying to figure out why the hell they would say something that harsh about one little aspect of me. | |
